Shrimp keeping really fascinates me. The way they molt and grow, showing off their vibrant colors under proper care—it’s calming, almost meditative. Getting the chemical balance right in their tanks (pH around 6.5–7.5, temperature steady between 68–78°F) is key, especially calcium levels for strong shells.

On another note—going to the market earlier transported me right back to childhood in Guangzhou. The smell of fresh ginger, steamed buns, and the chatter of neighbours bargaining... pure nostalgia. Makes me proud how our culture preserves tradition while embracing the new.

Also wondering how more urban communities could introduce small-scale aquaculture for sustainable food. Shrimp, fish—imagine the possibilities if we integrated it into city planning.
