@baskin Πάντως το πράγμα όντως έχει ξεφύγει στην ελλάδα. Απ' ότι βλέπω δεν σταματούν να ακριβαίνουν όλα. Οι τιμές σε ταβέρνες, καφέ και γενικά εστίαση είναι οι ακριβότερες στη Μεσόγειο και πολλές φορές ίσα ή και ακριβότερα από τις χώρες της κεντρικής και βόρειας ευρώπης που έχουν τριπλάσιους μισθούς. Τα αφεντικά (ειδικά της εστίασης) έχουν υπερκέρδη και αυτό είναι πασιφανές στα τουριστικά μέρη. @arsseis

δεν είναι ακριβώς έτσι. Ο μικρο-μεσαίος επιχειρηματίας της εστίασης (δεν μιλάμε για αλυσίδες ή κάτι μαφιόζους με γκουρμέ εστιατόρια), έχει 3πλάσιο κόστος ενέργειας και υλικών σε σχέση με 5 χρόνια πριν. Γνωρίζω αρκετούς μικρο-μεσαίους στην εστίαση στο νησί που είναι έτοιμοι να φουντάρουν. Αν το κόστος σου έχει ανέβει 3 φορές τι θα κάνεις με την τιμή του προϊόντος σου; Τα πολλά λεφτά πάνε στους χονδρέμπορους και τα σούπερ. Δεν θησαυρίζει ο μέσος εστιάτορας, όχι. @arsseis

ναι οκ αυτό συμβαίνει όμως γιατί με τα 4€ πρέπει να πληρώσεις 300% παραπάνω ρεύμα και να ζήσεις π.χ. την οικογένεια σου με τριπλάσιο κόστος. Είναι αναπόφευκτο, αν βάλεις 1€ κέρδος απλά κλείνεις το μαγαζί. Γενικά ο κόσμος δεν έχει ιδέα τι παίζεται στα κόστη μιας μικρομεσαίας επιχείρησης πλέον. Οκ υπάρχουν και απατεώνες αλλά το 90% απλά δεν βγαίνει αν δεν βάλει τέτοιο κέρδος, μαζί με την μικρότερη κατανάλωση είναι δράμα η κατάσταση. @prolrage

@foufoutos επιπλέον με το μοντέλο σεζόν πρέπει να τα βγάλεις σε 2-3 μήνες για ένα χρόνο, γι' αυτό και τα μαγαζιά που είναι όλο το χρόνο κρατάνε καλύτερες τιμές ακόμη, αν και αυτά φυτοζωούν. Δεν την έχει γλυτώσει κανείς, οι μόνοι που τρώνε είναι οι μεγάλες εταιρείες και οι χονδρέμποροι-εισαγωγείς. @prolrage

κοίτα με τα δεδομένα που έχω πρόσβαση από λογιστές, είναι δράμα η κατάσταση, πάει αλυσίδα το θέμα... ελάχιστοι που ήδη δεν είχαν κανέναν θέμα γιατί π.χ. είναι εισοδηματίες από διάφορες μεριές ή επενδυτές σε πολλά μαγαζιά είναι αυτοί που κερδοσκοπούν. Ο μέσος μαγαζάτορας που πληρώνει πλέον τα τριπλάσια σε όλα και εκτός μαγαζιού, για το σπίτι και τα παιδιά του, δεν βγαίνει και αναγκάζεται να ανεβάζει το κέρδος. Αν υπολογίσεις ότι υπάρχει επίσης πτώση τζίρου 30%, γάμησε τα... @prolrage

@baskin Πάντως προσωπικά, δε νομίζω να ξανακάνω το λάθος για διακοπές στην ελλάδα. Δεν παλεύονται τα κόστη. Στις άλλες μεσογειακές χώρες ήταν πιο φτηνά. Όλα όμως.
Εδώ και 4 χρόνια λένε ότι για την άνοδο τιμών πρώτων υλών φταίει ο πόλεμος στην Ουκρανία και ναι, υπάρχουν αυξήσεις σε όλη την ευρώπη (αυτή που μείναμε με το μαχαίρι στο λαιμό) μα πουθενά δεν είναι τόσο ακριβά όσο ελλάδα.
Κι όσο για το αν θα μείνουν ανοιχτά ή όχι: έχει η χώρα νεοφιλελευθερισμό ή κρατικό μοίρασμα χρήματος σε ημέτερους; Υποτίθεται ότι έχει νεοφιλελευθερισμό με την κυβέρνηση αυτή από το 19 (με τα λεφτά που μάζεψε ο Τσακαλώτος και τους τα έδωσε για τις λίστες Πέτσα). Ε, όποιος δε μπορεί ας κλείνει. Έτσι δεν έλεγαν οι τωρινοί κυβερνώντες;
