В соцсетях появилось фото документа якобы о новой волне мобилизации в России. Никаких подтверждений его подлинности нет. Некоторые телеграм-каналы публикуют его с пометкой "Фейк". На фото якобы документ Минобороны, подписанный Сергеем Шойгу, где военкоматам приказано с 11 сентября до 1 ноября в рамках частичной мобилизации набрать на службу 200 тысяч человек. На официальном интернет-портале правовой информации, где публикуют указы Министерства обороны, подобного документа нет. Власти Бурятии и Челябинской области уже назвали приказ подделкой, как и глава комитета Госдумы по обороне Андрей Картаполов.
Тем временем вооруженные силы Украины после прорыва первой линии обороны российских войск в районе Работино Запорожской области закрепляются в районе двух новых населенных пунктов – Новоданиловки и Новопрокопьевки, рассказала замминистра обороны Украины Анна Маляр. Наступление ВСУ прокомментировал и российский министр обороны Сергей Шойгу. По его словам, украинская армия несет серьезные потери на фронте. А на совместной пресс-конференции с президентом Турции 4 сентября, отвечая на вопрос журналиста, можно ли говорить о пробуксовке наступления украинских военных, Владимир Путин ответил, что это не пробуксовка, это провал.
О контрнаступлении ВСУ и возможной мобилизации в России – Настоящему Времени рассказал военный аналитик Давид Шарп.
– Украинское контрнаступление – это провал, как говорит Путин, или успех, как заявляют в украинской армии?
– О провале говорить рано, как и рано говорить об успехе. Если мы имеем в виду работинское направление, а оно сейчас приковывает основное внимание. Даже не работинское направление – Работино уже освобождено. Поэтому можно употреблять "токмакское" или "мелитопольское".
Мы имеем налицо промежуточный успех украинских вооруженных сил. И если успешная тенденция продолжится и далее в ближайшие дни, то на горизонте замаячит и оперативный успех. Однако продолжится ли это – это в главную очередь зависит от того, удастся ли российской армии привлечь необходимые резервы, чтобы как-то удержать эту оборону. То, что говорил генерал Тарнавский: дело даже не совсем в минных полях, хотя и в них тоже, а в том, будут ли у России резервы. И вокруг этого строится сейчас основное противостояние: хватит ли у украинцев наступательных резервов и хватит ли у россиян – оборонительных. В последние дни с подходом ко второй линии обороны и ее преодоление в некоторых местах налицо позитивные тенденции для украинцев. А дальше покажет время.
– Появился документ о призыве в части мобилизации. Якобы это документ от министра обороны Сергея Шойгу о том, что необходимо призвать по мобилизации еще 200 тысяч солдат. Как вы считаете, насколько этот документ может быть реален?
– То, что мобилизация в той или иной степени стоит на повестке дня у российского руководства, для меня достаточно очевидно. Однако с решением об очередном ее витке, по понятным политическим и экономическим причинам, пытаются тянуть как можно дольше. И мне, честно говоря, трудно сказать, как долго им удастся. Но пока вроде бы, судя по первичным признакам, говорят, что этот документ все же не подлинный. Это не готовый приказ, который поступил. Может быть, мы узнаем что-то иное в ближайшее время, но пока все же это выглядит актом психологической войны.
Если же нет, то в любом случае, возможно, мобилизация должна рассматриваться как крайне реальная опция. Дело в том, что залог российских успехов в обороне – способность держать оборону на таком протяженном участке фронта – это в первую очередь численность личного состава, которым эти фортификационные линии, если мы говорим про юг Украины, насыщены. Без этого группировка будет значительно меньше, как это, собственно, и произошло в прошлом году, когда украинцы смогли осуществить успешное наступление именно потому, что ряды обороняющихся были гораздо менее насыщенными. Здесь залог успеха в обороне – количество, тем более если российское командование захочет преследовать более амбициозные цели, а где-то и успешно наступать.
Все усилия, насколько я понимаю, предпринимаются на привлечение контрактников со стороны, вплоть до иностранных граждан. Даже о кубинцах недавно была речь. Но если этого не хватит, мобилизация рано или поздно неминуема.
– Но все-таки непонятно до сих пор: фейковый или нефейковый это документ. В скриншоте есть цифра в 200 тысяч. Вы говорите, что России необходим резерв. По вашим данным, какая цифры необходима для резерва российским военным?
– Мобилизацию ради 20 тысяч человек не объявят. Если уж объявлять мобилизацию, то, видимо, 200 тысяч – это такая минимальная цифра. Или, как бы я сказал, от 150 до 300 тысяч. Больше – это слишком болезненно по многим причинам. Плюс, естественно, их нужно оснастить, нужны командиры, нужна техника. Это уже проблематично, даже если и хотеть, в том числе по финансовым соображениям. А меньше 150 тысяч – это не мобилизация, их можно потихоньку набирать там и сям. Так что, видимо, 200 тысяч – цифра довольно реалистичная.
– А что может указывать на фейковость или нефейковость этого документа? Там написаны даты: с 11 сентября до 1 ноября. Как вы думаете, призвать 200 тысяч по мобилизации за полтора месяца – это вообще реально?
– В прошлом году нечто похожее было осуществлено. Более того, нельзя отказывать российской системе призыва в том, что она способна извлекать те или иные уроки. В том году выявилось множество проблем. Если хотя бы какие-то из них были преодолены или преодолены частично, то это уже определенный плюс для нее. Поэтому, видимо, более-менее реально.
Естественно, это пройдет со множеством ситуаций со знаком минус. Это понятно – в 2022 году было то же самое. Однако в общих чертах, если мы говорим о [сроках с] середины сентября по начало ноября, то, видимо, это реалистично по той причине, что нечто подобное было реализовано в прошлом году. I also noticed that most people will probably be missing the 'special message' at the end because as the credits are rolling for 2 - 3 minutes the lights go up and in the corner at the bottom there is a small count down to the message but it was very easy to miss.... the only reason I knew something was coming up was because someone had remarked to me outside the cinema before it started that there was a message from the producer at the end... C’était au début de l’été, avant que les Américains ne traversent l’Atlantique pour humer la douceur de vivre européenne. Les prix y sont fort abordables pour eux, et le Wall Street Journal en a donné la raison : l’appauvrissement inexorable de l’Europe. « Les Européens sont confrontés à une nouvelle réalité économique qu’ils n’ont pas connue depuis des décennies : ils deviennent de plus en plus pauvres », écrivait le quotidien des affaires, le 17 juillet. En 2008, la zone euro et les Etats-Unis avaient un produit intérieur brut (PIB) à prix courants équivalent de 14 200 milliards et 14 800 milliards de dollars respectivement (13 082 milliards et 13 635 milliards d’euros). Quinze ans après, celui des Européens est à peine au-dessus de 15 000 milliards, tandis que celui des Etats-Unis s’est envolé à 26 900 milliards.
Résultat, l’écart de PIB est désormais de 80 % ! L’European Centre for International Political Economy, un centre de réflexion basé à Bruxelles, a publié un classement du PIB par habitant des Etats américains et européens : l’Italie est juste devant le Mississippi, le plus pauvre des cinquante Etats américains, tandis que la France se situe entre l’Idaho et l’Arkansas, respectivement 48e et 49e Etats américains. L’Allemagne ne sauve pas la face, entre l’Oklahoma et le Maine (38e et 39e). Le sujet est inaudible en France – tout de suite viennent les contre-arguments sur l’espérance de vie, la malbouffe, les inégalités, etc. Il agace même les Britanniques, tout aussi mal lotis, comme en attestait, le 11 août, une chronique du Financial Times qui s’interrogeait : « Le Royaume-Uni est-il vraiment aussi pauvre que le Mississippi ? »
L’Europe (re)décroche depuis le Covid-19, comme elle le fait après chaque crise. Le Vieux Continent était respecté tant que l’Allemagne tenait. Mais cette dernière n’est que l’ombre d’elle-même, frappée par les coupures de gaz russe et le durcissement chinois qui handicape ses exportations d’automobiles et de machines-outils. De ces sujets, les Américains n’ont cure : ils disposent d’une énergie inépuisable, avec 20 % du brut mondial produit contre 12 % pour l’Arabie saoudite et 11 % pour la Russie ; la Chine est, avant tout, une zone de sous-traitance et non de débouché pour les produits à haute valeur ajoutée ; le triomphe de Tesla ringardise les Mercedes et autres BMW.

Pour les Américains, peut-être, mais plus pour les Européens, instille le Wall Street Journal : « La vie sur un continent longtemps envié par les étrangers pour son art de vivre perd rapidement de son éclat à mesure que les Européens voient leur pouvoir d’achat fondre. » En 2008, la consommation des Européens et des Américains était du même ordre. L’écart est aujourd’hui de 57 %. Quant au salaire médian américain, il est de 77 500 dollars, près de la moitié plus que le français (52 800 dollars), selon le quotidien économique.
En 2000, les Européens s’étaient fixé pour ambition, au Conseil européen de Lisbonne, de « devenir l’économie de la connaissance la plus compétitive et la plus dynamique du monde » avant 2010. La décennie 2000 fut effectivement celle de la connaissance… aux Etats-Unis, avec l’explosion des Google, Apple, Facebook, Amazon et maintenant de l’intelligence artificielle. Cette prospérité se reflète à Wall Street : Apple vaut 2 800 milliards de dollars, Microsoft 2 400, Meta et Tesla 750. Quelle importance ? Tout simplement parce que, sans valorisation, on a des capacités de développement entravées.
Comment Renault, valorisé à 12 milliards de dollars, peut-il espérer se battre contre Elon Musk, qui multiplie les créations d’usines coûtant chacune de 5 à 10 milliards de dollars ? Emmanuel Macron a annoncé 200 millions d’euros à investir, d’ici à 2030, dans le métavers, mais son promoteur, Meta, y a déjà englouti plus de 30 milliards de dollars. Pour l’intelligence artificielle, selon l’université Stanford (Californie), l’investissement privé de la France était de 1,7 milliard de dollars en 2022 contre 47 aux Etats-Unis. Les Européens sont plus pauvres et, faute de force de frappe financière, ils risquent d’être bientôt hors-jeu.

Hallo ihr tapferen Recken und Streiter im Friendica Codeland,
mir fällt immer wieder auf, dass sich meine TimeLine (/network) über die TopNavBar schiebt. Das ist ab und an etwas nervig, weil dabei auch die Infos in der Glocke verdeckt und nicht mehr klickbar werden. Im CSS-fach-Chinesisch: da wird wohl eins der <div-Tags> beim z-index einen unglücklichen Wert haben. Zumindest meine Vermutung aus der weiten Ferne.
Beheben kann ich das ganze, wenn ich die ganzen per NoScript geblockten Quellen zulassen würde. Das mag ich aber nicht so pauschal machen.
Falls machbar, habt ihr eine Chance, das bei Gelegenheit zu beheben? Oder habt ihr einen anderen Tipp?

@Ted Mahon Ja, das hast du immer, wenn z.B. eingebettete Videos nicht geladen werden konnten, weil deren Domain von #NoScript noch nicht erlaubt/vertraut wurde. Letztendlich ist es NoScript, dass eine kleine CSS-Klasse zum HTML-Code hinzufuegt. Ich weiss noch nicht, wo man dies abschalten kann.
@Roland Häder Ah, ok - daher kommt das also! Danke für die Info 😀 Das bedeutet aber wohl, dass das vermutlich jetzt gar nicht so trivial und zentral von friendica zu lösen geht, oder?
@tom s @Ted Mahon Oh, die beiden Versionen kannst du nicht miteinander vergleichen. Mit Firefox ESR habe ich NoScript Version 11.4.26. Letztendlich fuegt NoScript ein CSS-Attribut x-index mit einem sehr hohen Wert und !important (ueberschreibt andere Werte) hinzu.
Danke für diese Analyse. Ich hatte das Problem auch immer wieder einmal beobachtet, aber nie realisiert, dass es mit NoScript zusammenhängt. Nun weiss ich woran es liegt und wie ich es selber beheben kann. Merci!
@tom s Ach gut, da bin ich zum Glück nicht der Einzige. (Theme Frio) Ich habe das Problem nur auf dem Mobiltelefon. Und da sind durchgehend alle MenüsTransparent und nicht klickbar ausser dem Hauptstream in der Mitte.
Auch ich habe auf allen Browsern Noscript drauf. Ich werde mich hüten die Fremdquellen einzuschalten. Das tue ich nur wenn ich eine bestimmte Ressource konsumieren will. Ich würde es begrüssen, wenn Friendica Fremdquellen selber so behandeln würde.
📛 Das Phänomen selbst zu beheben, indem man die Scripte erlaubt, halte ich für keine gute Idee. Zum Einen ist das wider die Idee von NoScript. Zum Anderen wird das über kurz oder lang jemand ausnutzen. 🦠 Zack hat man sich was eingefangen. Unabhängig davon, wie das Phänomen aktuell entsteht, wäre es für Friendica ein Leichtes, die z-Indices zu erhöhen.
@elrido @&Daniel Tietze; Stimmt. Das geht nicht. Ich hab das mal kurz probiert. Die NoScript-Tag-Class ".__ns__pop2top" hat als CSS-Style gesetzt "z-index: 2147483647 !important;" Und mehr scheint nicht zu gehen. Das ist wohl der höchste Wert, den z-index annehmen kann. Wenn man die topbar-first und topbar-second im CSS auf noch höhere Werte setzen würde ("z-index: 9999999999999999 !important;") dann wird diese Zahl vermutlich intern vom Browser wieder auf die 2147.... zurückgesetzt. Das hilft leider nix. 🙁 Aber NoScript möchte ich jetzt auch nicht abschalten .... 🤔 Blöde Sache und immer mal wieder recht unhandlich ...
@Roland Häder @elrido @Ted Mahon @&Daniel Tietze; Du meinst, wo man NoScript sagt, für welche Seiten es diese Zahl (z-index) runtersetzen (oder aus schalten oder wie auch immer) sollte? Ja, das wäre für mich als User OK. Aber, ob das für die Macher von NoScript ok ist ...? 🤔
Ich rate mal dass es dazu dienen sollte, dass die NoScript-Modal-Dialoge stets über allem anderen Content angezeigt werden, z.B. über einem Modal-Login-Dialog. Leider targetted es aber eine Eigenschaft die auch das Friendica-Design nutzt.
Es ist also mutmasslich schon eher ein NoScript-Bug als einer in Friendica. Ich nutze aber weiterhin gerne beides und kann mir nun helfen - es tritt nur auf wenn Videos in meiner Timeline sind, was derzeit nicht oft der Fall ist. Ich glaube Bilder werden auf meiner Instanz selbst gecached, wenn ich das Plugin dazu noch im Einsatz habe.

@Ted Mahon Um die Videos zu sehen, muss die betroffene Domain ganz unabhängig von dem z-Index-Aspekt freigegeben werden. Was Youtube angeht, ist das weniger ein Sicherheits- als ein Datenschutz-Problem. Genauso mit Vimeo. Bei den Fediverse-Servern ist das eine Vertrauensfrage. Bei anderen Domains bzw. Servern würde ich mir lieber zweimal überlegen, ob ich das Video wirklich sehen muss oder ob der Sinn von NoScript eher im Vordergrund steht: Sicherheit und Datenschutz.
Könnte man das nicht so umsetzen, dass die Videos ein Ersatzelement bekommen und erst beim Klick darauf das echte Video diesen interaktiv ersetzt? Ähnlich macht es ja auch NoScript. Der Ersatzcontent könnte ein Symbol füs Medium und die Herkunftsdomain beinhalten. Gibt es den nun schon ein Issue dafür?
Nur hülfe nur kurz, denn das änderte nichts daran, dass NoScript den z-Index verändert. Spätestens im Augenblick des Video-Aufrufs wäre das Phänomen wieder da.
NoScript ist ein Notnagel und sollte nicht als Lösung fungieren. Wenn Friendica eine saubere Lösung hätte, dann wäre es auch kein Problem mehr, weil Friendica für NoScript eine globale Ausnahme bekäme. @Roland Häder @.&Daniel Tietze;
@&Daniel Tietze; Da bin ich voll bei Dir! Sehe ich genauso. 🙂👍 Mir ging es ja nicht darum, jedes Video sehen zu müssen, das mir in die TimeLIne gespült wird. Nur möchte ich so von der Sache gern, dass, wenn ich geblockte Videos in der TimeLIne habe, die TimeLine nicht ÜBER der NavBar liegt und die Menüs blockiert. 🙂
@Michel @tom s Ihr koennt auch alternativ auf die blockierte Flaeche klicken und dann nur Medien von z.B. https://example.org/ erlauben, oder auch Einzelvideos.
Mir gehts nicht um Javascript. mir gehts um den Zeitpunkt wann Fremde Inhalte geladen werden. Die sollen nicht geladen werden nur weil sie in der Timeline sind. Friendica kann mit einem eigenen Javascript das Laden des Fremden Inhaltes anstossen wenn es benötigt wird.

Supply & demand: Lessen the supply and a constant or increasing demand causes prices to climb.
But shouldn't that make renewables more competitive?
To an extent it does, but other factors intervene to turn that around. a. Renewable deployment while increasing significantly is not keeping pace with the increasing demand in energy. b. Energy is such an important part of every element of the economy that raising prices badly impacts the economy's ability to take new directions and adjustments. c. Renewables require energy storage in order to provide continuous service. Available battery technologies are not up to the scale of energy consumption. And, if renewables are to replace fossil fuels, energy storage scaling is all important. d. Big petro raising prices puts anybody that champions renewables in the political arena at an extreme disadvantage, because they become the ready patsies for the price increases. And, as long as renewables are held political hostage, tax breaks will favor fossil fuels over renewables. e. Energy storage requires massive investment in infrastructure no matter how it's done and that requires political support.
