Frankly, the old UI 1.x gestures indeed helped, because they were vertically oriented, a natural direction for a thumb. Actually the very first feeling I had when I was exposed to 2.x UI was that the right to left and vice versa gestures made me feel I was about to drop the phone despite the device being a tiny Nexus 4.
Thank you for sharing your experience! I had the first Jolla phone for some time and then Android devices. I'd love to go back to #SailfishOS but the previous supported devices were a downgrade for me so I'm interested to hear how well the #JollaC2 is doing.

I'm fascinated by the question of who matters: whose killing will the police throw all their resources into, whose killing will cause the police to shrug, who the police themselves can kill with impunity. Why killing thousands of people for profit, through pollution or denial of healthcare, is tolerated, why the people that do this killing are rewarded and held up as examples of success. Whose murder reporters will obsess over. Whose death they ignore. Why we tolerate this.
So, the shooting of UnitedHealth CEO Brian Thompson is apparently causing executives across private healthcare & more widely to (re)consider their personal safety & security.
One cannot help but wonder whether they might conversely consider why so many people hate them & regard the only answer to their problems with various corporations is some form of violence?
If the Thompson killing has demonstrated anything, it may be that the public is mad as hell & not going to take it anymore!
