The reality is that a two state solution for the Israel-Palestine conflict would, inherently, be violent. There are 750.000 Israeli settlers living in the occupied East Jerusalem and the occupied West Bank. Forcing them to move would not only be impossible, but inhumane.
While progressives in our western nations would never solve a conflict by shoving each ethnic group into its own country, why tolerate such as the best outcome here? The U.N. partition plan of 1947 was the two state solution, and now 77 years later, with none of the original borders remaining, we can at least agree that it was neither a good, nor a sustainable solving.
To solve this conflict, Israel must dissolve its apartheid, offer citizenship, the right to return, and reparations to each Palestinian displaced, as well as give equal rights and equal representation to become a secular democracy. This will pave the way towards a one-state-solution, and hence peace.
The strongest weapon against terror is stability, we cannot fight asymmetric wars the same way as those of nation states. Once the war on terror is no longer a euphemism for genocide, the Palestinian National Authority may join the fight, as from then on both Israel and Palestine share the same motive. Additionally, terror is no longer as big of a threat, if you remove the reasons for why people flock to the organizations perpetrating it. However, when the only option of peace is that under the conditions of an oppressor, one can see why both sides aren't as fond of that.
The first step towards peace must come from Israel, because a terror organization doesn't want a conflict to end, a democratic state, however, is capable of maintaining stability without such.
Israel didn't comply with the partition plan of 1947. Why would they accept coexistence? Do you really believe that can be a solution? People treated as animals living under the laws of a genocide state that wants to exterminate them? What could be wrong?
I'm clearly for a one-state-solution, with different peoples who live in harmony together no matter what ethnicity or religion. But - necessary for that is that the different peoples must meet at the same eye level & see the other as equal human beeings with the same rights.
This criteria is not met at all. One way to achieve is would be to combine two or more countries together in a union like the EU. But for this you need to have at least different countries on the same eye-level.

But given the current exponential growth in renewable energy, and the general inconsistency of that energy, are we not going to start seeing a rise in on demand energy consumption. Plenty of services (water desalination, crypto mining, etc.) can be run intermittently and instantly on demand.

Between 24 October and 5 December 2024, Panzi health zone in Kwango Province of Democratic Republic of the Congo recorded 406 cases of an undiagnosed disease with symptoms of fever, headache, cough, runny nose and body ache.
All severe cases were reported to be severely malnourished. Among the cases, 31 deaths have been registered.
The majority of cases reported are among children, particularly those under five years of age.
The area is rural and remote, with access further hindered by the ongoing rainy season. Reaching it from Kinshasa by road takes an estimated 48 hours. These challenges, coupled with limited diagnostics in the region, have delayed the identification of the underlying cause.
Rapid response teams have been deployed to identify the cause of the outbreak and strengthen the response. The teams are collecting samples for laboratory testing, providing a more detailed clinical characterization of the detected cases, investigating the transmission dynamics, and actively searching for additional cases, both within health facilities and at the community level.
The teams are also aiding with the treatment of patients, risk communication and community engagement.
Given the clinical presentation and symptoms reported, and a number of associated deaths, acute pneumonia, influenza, COVID-19, measles and malaria are being considered as potential causal factors with malnutrition as a contributing factor.
Malaria is a common disease in this area, and it may be causing or contributing to the cases. Laboratory tests are underway to determine the exact cause.
At this stage, it is also possible that more than one disease is contributing to the cases and deaths.
Description of the situation
On 29 November 2024, the Ministry of Public Health of the Democratic Republic of the Congo reported to WHO an alert regarding increased deaths from an undiagnosed cause in Panzi health zone.
Between 24 October and as of 5 December 2024, Panzi health zone in Kwango Province has recorded 406 cases of an undiagnosed disease with symptoms of fever, headache, cough, runny nose and body ache and 31 deaths (Case Fatality Ratio or CFR of 7.6%). The reported cases had a peak in epidemiological week 45 (week ending 9 November 2024). The outbreak is still ongoing. According to a press briefing by the Ministry of Health on 5 December, there have been several additional deaths outside of health facilities (community deaths). These deaths still need to be investigated, characterized (age, gender etc) and verified.
Cases have been reported from nine out of 30 health areas in Panzi health zone: Kahumbulu, Kambandambi, Kanzangi, Kasanji, Kiama, Mbanza Kipungu, Makitapanzi, Mwini ngulu, and Tsakala Panzi. The majority of cases (95.8%) are reported from Tsakala Panzi (169), Makitapanzi (142) and Kanzangi (78) health areas.
In Panzi health zone, children aged 0-14 years represent 64.3% of all reported cases, with the age groups 0-59 months, 5-9 years, and 10-14 years accounting for 53%, 7.4%, and 3.9% of cases, respectively. Females constitute 59.9% of the total cases. Among the deaths, 71% are below the age of 15, with 54.8% of the total in children under the age of five years. All severe cases were reported to be malnourished. There are 145 cases aged 15 and above, of which nine died (CFR: 6.2%). Deaths have primarily occurred in the village communities.
The area experienced deterioration in food insecurity in recent months, has low vaccination coverage and very limited access to diagnostics and quality case management. There is a lack of supplies and transportation means and shortage of health staff in the area. Malaria control measures are very limited.
The clinical presentation of patients includes symptoms such as fever (96.5%), cough (87.9%), fatigue (60.9%) and a running nose (57.8%). The main symptoms associated with death include difficulty in breathing, anaemia, and signs of acute malnutrition. Based on the current context of the affected area and the broad presentation of symptoms, a number of suspected diseases need to be ruled out through further investigations and laboratory testing. These include but are not limited to measles, influenza, acute pneumonia (respiratory tract infection), hemolytic uremic syndrome from E. coli, COVID-19, and malaria.
Public health response
Leadership and coordination:
Coordination has been strengthened at the national, provincial, and community levels. On 30 November 2024, the first Public Health Emergency Operations Center (PHEOC) meeting was held with all partners to address the alert, after which a rapid response team (RRT) from Kwango Province was deployed to Panzi. On 3 December 2024, a second PHEOC meeting was convened with partners, leading to the decision to deploy a national-level RRT to Panzi with support from WHO. Daily coordination meetings are being held at the national level, with provincial teams actively participating in ongoing planning and response.
Surveillance:
A case definition has been developed based on clinical symptoms observed, which is guiding surveillance and reporting efforts. Active case search is being conducted in health facilities, including reviews of hospital registers to identify additional cases. Investigations and active case search are also being organized in the community. Data collection is ongoing, focusing on the preparation of a line list and detailed epidemiological analysis. Community deaths are being investigated to better understand transmission dynamics and the scope of the outbreak.
Case Management:
A provincial RRT was deployed to Panzi on 30 November, and a multidisciplinary RRT from the national level, including WHO experts, was deployed on 7 December to investigate the outbreak, and reinforce the response. The teams are carrying medication to support case management and prevent more deaths. Efforts are underway to strengthen capacity of healthcare providers to ensure the best possible care for patients.
Laboratory:
Laboratory equipment was transported to collect samples from cases and send for testing at INRB in Kinshasa. Additionally, RDTs for malaria and COVID-19 have been provided to assist in diagnosis.
Risk communication and community engagement:
Key messages have been developed to enhance public awareness and encourage general preventive behaviors. These messages are being disseminated through community engagement, with sensitization campaigns underway.
Infection prevention and control:
Infection prevention and control measures are being reinforced. Health and care workers have been briefed on key practices, including the proper use of masks, hand washing, and gloves, to reduce the risk of further transmission.
Logistics
Logistical support is being provided for effective case management, including the transportation of samples to INRB Kinshasa for laboratory testing. Health facilities and hospitals in the most affected health areas are being supplied with appropriate medications and sampling kits to support the response.
WHO risk assessment
There are ongoing efforts to address the outbreak in Panzi health zone, however significant challenges in the clinical and epidemiological response remain, that increase the public health risk for the affected population. Severe cases with anaemia, respiratory distress, and malnutrition have been reported. The affected area is remote, complicating the assessment and response. The Integrated Food Security Phase Classification (IPC) for acute food insecurity levels in Kwango province increased from IPC 1 (acceptable) in April 2024 to IPC 3 (Crisis Level) in September 2024. This suggests a significant phase of increase in food insecurity and risk of severe acute malnutrition.
Symptoms such as fever, cough, headache, and body ache have been observed since 24 October, primarily through health worker reports, yet Integrated Disease Surveillance and Response (IDSR) data on baseline respiratory illness rates are not available for affected health zone to establish trends. Cases have been reported in family clusters, suggesting potential transmission dynamics within households, though additional investigation is needed. Furthermore, there is no information available on specific vaccination coverage, including childhood vaccination, in the affected health zone, leading to uncertainties about vaccine-deprived population immunity.
Gaps in case management have also been identified. Stock-outs of medications for treating common diseases frequently occur, and care is not provided free of charge, which could limit access to treatment for vulnerable populations.
The affected area’s remoteness and logistical barriers, including a two-day road journey from Kinshasa due to the rainy season affecting the roads and limited mobile phone and internet network coverage across the health areas, have hampered the rapid deployment of response teams and resources. Furthermore, there is no functional laboratory in the health zone or province, requiring the collection and shipment of samples to Kinshasa for analysis. This has delayed diagnosis and response efforts. The lack of sample collection supplies has further limited diagnostic capacity, leaving significant gaps in understanding the outbreak’s aetiology.
Insecurity in the region adds another layer of complexity to the response. The potential for attacks by armed groups poses a direct risk to response teams and communities, which could further disrupt the response.
Based on the above rationale, the overall risk level to the affected communities is assessed as high.
At the national level, the risk is considered moderate due to the localized nature of the outbreak within the Panzi health zone in Kwango province. However, the potential for spread to neighboring areas, coupled with gaps in surveillance and response systems, this assessment underscores the need for heightened preparedness.
At the regional and global levels, the risk remains low at this time. However, the proximity of the affected area to the border with Angola raises concerns about potential cross-border transmission, and continued monitoring and cross-border coordination will be essential to mitigate this risk.
The current confidence in the available information remains moderate, as significant gaps in clinical, epidemiological, and laboratory data persist.
WHO advice
To reduce the impact of the outbreak in the Panzi health zone and mitigate further spread, WHO advises the following measures:
— Strengthening coordination mechanisms at all levels—national, provincial, zonal, and local—is critical for a unified response. Enhanced communication infrastructure, such as satellite phones, is required to overcome the limited network coverage in affected areas. Cross-border collaboration with Angola is also crucial to monitor for similar cases and prevent potential cross-border transmission.
— Improving surveillance efforts is a priority to identify and respond to cases promptly. Active case searches should continue in both health facilities and communities, with a particular focus on areas reporting deaths and family clusters. Community-based surveillance must be strengthened to ensure early case detection and rapid response.
— Careful characterization of the clinical syndrome and outcomes and an improved case definition based on the information collected will be necessary to understand the situation. In particular, data which clarify possibility of coinfection and multiple pathologies, and uncertainties in outcomes among vulnerable groups should be collected. The WHO has established the Global Clinical Platform to provide rapid turnaround of structured data analysis using anonymized case records; its use is recommended in the detailed capture of patient syndromes and outcomes.
— Effective case management requires ensuring an adequate supply of essential medications to support treatment and prevent more deaths. RDTs for malaria should be distributed to facilitate differential diagnosis, while laboratory testing must be expedited through the shipment of samples to INRB Kinshasa to confirm or rule out suspected causes, including COVID-19 and influenza. Long-term laboratory capacity strengthening, and decentralization will be important in provision of diagnostic capability in the affected health zone.
— Infection prevention and control (IPC) measures must be reinforced across all health facilities. Healthcare workers should receive training on IPC practices, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as masks and gloves, as well as strict hand hygiene protocols. These measures will reduce transmission risks within health facilities and improve the safety of healthcare delivery.
— Risk communication and community engagement are essential to raising public awareness. Targeted messages should be disseminated to educate the public on respiratory illness symptoms, preventive measures, and the importance of seeking care early. Community leaders must be engaged to build trust and encourage adherence to public health guidance. Addressing misinformation and fears within the community is critical to ensuring effective collaboration in the response.
— Logistical and security challenges also require attention. Strengthening logistical support for the deployment of teams and supplies will ensure timely access to affected areas. Contingency plans should be developed to address potential insecurity posed by armed groups, safeguarding response personnel and maintaining continuity in response activities.
— Further investigations are needed to clarify whether anaemia observed in severe cases is linked to the outbreak. The main hypothesis of respiratory illness should be validated by studying its relationship with seasonal influenza and other potential factors. Additionally, historical outbreaks, such as that of typhoid fever which was reported in the health zone two years ago, should be reviewed to identify recurring vulnerabilities that may inform current response efforts. In addition, understanding general malnutrition rates and identifying cases of acute malnutrition in the affected population can inform appropriate nutritional care and prevent further deaths.

I’ve been too busy to paint since that requires some setup and quiet time to accomplish (although I did manage to get a couple copies of this model printed).
But I do have some downtime throughout the day when I can spend 15-20 minutes on my iPad, so I’ve been working on some paint-overs of the render to make sure my color selection and themes are going to work.
This is kind of a neat way to approach planning a miniature paintjob, and I kinda wish I’d done it earlier.
One of my customers asked me about helping them get this XP Pen Artist Pro 14 (Gen 2) drawing tablet working with her laptop. She reported that it worked fine with her Android phone, but not with her laptop.

ترولهایی که تا الان دیدیم
اولین ترول ماستادون کاربری بود با نام «آیدین» که خیلیها معتقد بودند به اشخاص نامدار حوزه ترولینگ و پروندهسازی مثل یزدانی یا سوزنچی مرتبطه. سوزنچی رو که ولش کنیم اصلا بنده خدا از خدا کتک خورده 😂 یزدانی هم شخصا خودش به من پیام داد و گفت حوصله ترول کردن نداره و مشکلاتش با ما تموم شده. نتیجه این شد که نفهمیدیم واقعا این قضیه کار کی بود. حتی من یادمه که یه آیدین نامی در انجمن اوبونتو (لعنتالله علیه) حضور داشت که رفتم باهاش صحبت کردم و ایشون هم نقاط تحتانی بدنش رو حواله ماستادون کرد و یه فحشی هم به دانیال بهزادی داد 😂
بعد از اون، انگار این ماجرا شد یه روند. هر چند روز یه بار یه سری اکانت میومدن. حالا ببینیم که سری اول این ترولا کیا بودن؟

شروع از کجا بود؟
در تاریخ ۱ جولای ۲۰۲۴ (که دقیقاً نمیدونم شمسیش کی میشه چون نماگرفت مال اون موقعس) حسابی در ماستادون تحت عنوان آیدین ایجاد شد که اندرمن عکسی رو از این حساب فرستاد با این مضمون که سهراب ببین این داره پشت سرت مزخرف میگه.
این آیدین آقای داستان ما انگار متأسفانه از بدر تولد پدر بالای سرش نبوده و به همین دلیل خیلی دوست داشت عقدههای چیزای نداشتش رو سر ما خالی کنه.
اولش حقیری فکر کرد که این آیدین داستان ما یکی از اون دوستانی بوده که اون زمان در انجمن اوبونتو (شما بخونید سیرک شعبه اصلی) حقیری رو ترول میکرده که بعد از صحبت با اون بنده خدا ایشون هم تکذیب کرد:

بعد از گذشت یک مدت حساب آیدین داستان ما غیرفعال شد، شایدم بن شد یا خودش حذف کرد نمیدونم، گذشت و گذشت تا اینکه سروکله حاکر اعظم پیدا شد.

من به بعدش کار دارم که یک سری اکانت به اسمهای صالح سوزنچی ، مصطفی بدطینت ، دارکوب و همینطور افشاگری نرم افزار آزاد ایجاد شدن و با سو استفاده از این موضوع شروع به ترول کردن من، محمدرضا، دانیال و مصطفی آهنگرها و تیم پارچ کردن.
متأسفانه از این واقعه فقط دوتا اسکرینشات دارم:

امروز هم متأسفانه دوباره تحت حمله ترولها قرار گرفتیم، قبل از امروز هم چندباری ترولها حمله کرده بودن که حسابهاشون به لطف دوستان مسدود شد امّا امروز واقعاً کاسه صبر من لبریز شده.

not at all, the generation put the fences up and regulation. Boomers were the last generation who actually created things and had a can do attitude.
It’s not a coincidence that the vast majority of good music, good movies, etc. came from that generation. It was the generation that were the founding fathers of computing too, with so many great things the product of boomers. The enshittification came from gen x and millennials taking over.
It’s like gen x being called the latchkey generation because they had a great deal of freedom as kids. How they spend that freedom was down to them and if they squander it, that’s not a reflection on their parents at all, their parents gave them a better start than pretty much any generation has ever had.
I think the main reason boomers don’t want to give things to the younger generations is because they’re deeply disappointed in them and don’t see that same kind of spirit they had.

that seems like a rare case, I don’t know of any boomers that did that unless their kids were little shitbags who deserve disinheritance.
I think the main issue is that boomers were so successful as a generation that many of them were new money who had no real idea how money works and thus they didn’t purposefully waste it, they just didn’t know how to handle wealth, which ultimately, can’t be helped.
It’s a self correction really, boomers had an abnormally high proportion of the generation being affluent, so it’s self correcting back to more natural levels.
Of course, pioneering Xers and millennials can still make money and success, and many do, but as a generation, the attitude is far, far too bitter to really do that. That’s the main issue. Also they could help their wealthy family with financial advice and planning, would make a world of difference.
of course, I understand I am in the minority opinion here but I chat to a lot of boomers both online and in person, and it’s certainly worth hearing out their part of the story. I feel very sorry for most of them
@arcana I guess I'll add just one more thing, which is that the biggest exception to my thoery, to me, is that a lot of the breaking changes introduced to society were the result of a small number of people in that generation and it hurt a lot of boomers too.
@arcana i think one of the worst parts of it all is the social fabric of the country kind of ceased to exist somewhere between 1940 and 1980. discourse between generations was a bit more of a thing, as was thinking out for the future.
hell the propaganda age worked as well as it did because people weren't inherently cynical that civil servants were entirely full of shit at all times.

C'est étonnant que ce chat forestier corse ait une longue queue, alors que les continentaux en ont une très courte (c'est d'ailleurs un moyen de les différencier, avec le trait noir sur la colonne vertébrale, des "gouttières" semi-domestiques). 🤔

Retour d'expérience sur le Hackaton des 20 de CLISS XXI
Le 7 et 8 Décembre 2024 c'était le Hackaton de CLISS XXI.
Depuis le re-lancement du collectif Chtinux cet été avec les copaines, ce fut l'occasion pour moi de m'investir plus profondément dans la communauté du logiciel libre Lillois et de commencer à rencontrer les gens au delà de Deuxfleurs. Ayant participé à plusieurs des permanence du libre ces derniers mois, j'ai fait la rencontre de membres de CLISS XXI qui nous ont invité au Hackaton qu'iels ont organisé à l'occasion de leurs 20ans. C'est toujours l'occasion de rencontrer de nouvelle têtes, de faire un peu de bidouille, discuter et potentiellement contribuer donc je me suis motivé.e !
Pour ceux qui ne les connaissent pas CLISS XXI est "une coopérative de service informatique en logiciel libre" , proposant des ateliers d'éducation populaire et des services aux associations. Iels font aussi partis du collectif Chtinux.
Comme ce fût un événement dans les communauté numérique je n'ai point pris mon appareil photo pour cette journée, les gens du libre étant souvent réservé sur leur droit à l'image. Je pense que ce fût ma plus grosse erreur de la journée, il y a tellement de choses que j'aurais pus photographier en dehors des gens...
Arrivé
L'événement avait lieu à la coroutine, un lieu de co-working dans les anciens bâtiments de la filature. Ce fut plutôt surprenant de trouver un endroit à l'ambiance chaleureuse au milieu de ce bâtiment dont les halls laissent encore fortement paraitre le passé d'usine désaffecté.
L’accueil fut fort agréable, les gens de CLISS savent recevoir ! J'ai revu pas mal de visages que je connaissait mais aussi de nouvelles têtes, c'est toujours agréable de rencontrer des gens lors de ces événements.
L'objectif de la journée était d'apporter une contribution à 4 projets différents :
Bénévalibre : logiciel de suivi de temps au sein d'une association. L'idée de l'atelier était de s'occuper de l'écriture de la documentation administrateurice et utilisateurice.
[Paheko][(paheko.cloud/) : logiciel d'administration d'association. L'objectif de l'atelier était de travailler autour de l'expérience utilisateurice.
La refonte de framadate : Avancer sur les issues du projet, notamment sur les aspects front-end et CI/CD.
Un projet de création d'application autour des réseaux sociaux ouvert (veuillez m'excuser, n'étant pas très intéressé par cette option je n'ai que peu de souvenir sur son contenu...)
La pluspart de ces activités tournent autour du retour d'éxpérience utilisateurice et nécessite donc un travail en communauté, un Hackaton est le bon moment pour ce genre d'atelier. Cependant, étant plus intéressé.e par les aspects code je me suis concentré sur le projet Framadate !
Framadate
Commençons avec un peu d'histoire : pourquoi Framadate a besoin d'une refonte ?
Et bien le repo officiel n'est plus maintenu, cela fait 2 ans depuis la dernière release. Ce qui peut devenir assez vite un problème si l'on souhaite ajouter des fonctionalités ou même faire tourner le programme sur un serveur. Les versions minimale des logiciels évoluant, ne pas faire monter de version un projet c'est le condamner à l'obsolésence (c'est un problème mais ça sera le sujet d'un autre billet de blog, un jour peux être).
Le premier travail à faire est donc de faire la monté de version du code depuis php 7.4 à php 8.2 et de tout ce qui va avec. C'est à dire l'ensemble des librairie utilisées (symfony, doctrine, phpunit, etc.) mais aussi de mettre a jour les commandes de compilation. En plus de cela ou souhaitait mettre en place une CI propre avec test unitaire, lintage et construction d'image docker pour un deploiement facilité sur les serveurs. Au final les tâches à se répartir étaient les suivantes :
Avancer sur le front (je n'ai pas suivi cette partie dutout)
Migrer la version du php
Mettre en place la CI
Mettre en place le Dockerfile
Pour la journée j'ai fait équipe avec Andrès de code lutin. Les commits seront d'ailleurs à son nom car je n'avais pas de compte framagit pour contribuer directement sur le projet...
La CI
Pour la CI on a fait quelque chose de très classique : build/lint/test. Il y avait pas mal de changement de version à effectuer dans les dépendances pour prendre en compte la montée de version et on a aussi du corriger quelques problèmes des fichiers de configuration.
On a paralléliser l'execution des workflow pour qu'un maximum d'erreur soit remonté, cela nous a permis de montrer que le lint du code demandait pas mal de travail, et qu'il y avait des failles de securité dans le code. Ne souhaitant pas digresser nous avons créer les tickets associés et continué notre chemin.
Je ne vais pas m'éterniser là dessus, on a pris plus de temps que nécessaire notamment parceque nous n'avions pas forcément fait de php précédement et donc découvrions l'environnement.
Le Docker-composer
Nous voulions automatiser la construction de l'image docker, il y avait eu quelques ébauches précédement mais pas avec la version actuelle du code.
Et lors des derniers travaux sur le code les developpeurs lancait le code en local et jamais dans un docker ou sur une installe fraiche.
On est partie sur une image php-apache en plusieurs étapes :
Build de l'image via composer
Configuration d'apache pour le faire marcher avec la sortie de composer (changer le RootDirectory principalement)
Copier les fichiers nécessaire dans une nouvelle image afin de réduire la taille de l'image (see here
)
En parallèle de ça on a changer le moteur de base de donnée de mysql à mariaDB qui est moins propice au bug. Un docker-compose.yaml a été ajouté dans le dépôt afin de pouvoir tester le projet un local avec la partie DB, backen et frontend.

Nous étions loin d'avoir fini la refont de Framadate mais l'idée était de déblayer le terrains pour les prochaines personnes qui souhaiterait s'y attaquer. Si jamais chèr lecteurice tu es intéressé à poser une pierre sur l'édificie n'hésite pas à jeter un oeil au depôt
Suite et Fin de la journée
Le reste de la journée fût pour moi l'occasion de digresser sur du deuxfleurs, mes compères ayant travaillé à continuer la refonte du guide je me suis penché sur le manque de runner woodpecker pour la CI afin de pouvoir enfin relancer les CI de deploiement de site web notamment Chtinux (les copaines m'ont solicité pour que je répare ça afin que le site soit oppérationnel).
En plus de cela ce fût l'occasion de papôter sur diverse sujet, notamment de sécurité réseau dont j'ai encore beaucoup à apprendre...
Après les repas (qui par ailleur furent excellent, un immense merci a CLISS et les bénévoles pour leur acceuil) nous nous sommes posé devant le film Hackers de 1995, qui fût pour moi une agréable surprise. En dehors de quelques remarques dérangeante dans le film (c'était il y a 30 ans quand même) le film est très agréable à regarder, les Hackers sont montrés comme des gens cools qui essaient de bidouiller ce qu'ils peuvent. Un peu un esprit ado cool des années 90, avec une grosse dose de kitsh. Bref, à voir si vous êtes amateurice de vieux films.
Conclusion
C'était ma première expérience d'Hackaton et une excellente expérience que je recommande ! L'important est de trouver une tâche qui nous motive et sur laquelle on pense pouvoir avancer significativement dans le temps impartie. C'est pour ça que je me suis concentré sur la CI que je connaissais déjà plutot que de m'attaquer au php. C'est aussi l'occasion de faire de super rencontre. Je pense que j'irais sans hésiter au prochain événement de ce stylé, voir même que je reflechirais à en proposer un.

Zotero is rather useful. It's a pain to package, but luckily they provide binary releases on their page and they just work.
I like the website snapshot feature, very easy to archive pages locally for later reference. Can even snapshot fedi. Might not be a perfect snapshot (I assume it's bc it's js heavy), but it's readable and usable. Simple sites pose no issue.

To everyone in a similar scenario: the tactic my doctor's office has taught me is to ask, in writing, for:
1) the name, board specialty, and license number of the doctor making the determination the treatment was not medically necessary;
2) copies of all materials they relied on to make their determination;
3) proof the doctor making the determination has maintained registration in your specific state and documentation of their meeting all their continuing education requirements;
4) the aggregate rate at which similar treatments are denied vs approved by the specific doctor being used for peer review.
You are not entitled by law to *all* of these things in most states, but you're entitled to some of them, and you can always ask for them.

To everyone in a similar scenario: the tactic my doctor's office has taught me is to ask, in writing, for:
1) the name, board specialty, and license number of the doctor making the determination the treatment was not medically necessary;
2) copies of all materials they relied on to make their determination;
3) proof the doctor making the determination has maintained registration in your specific state and documentation of their meeting all their continuing education requirements;
4) the aggregate rate at which similar treatments are denied vs approved by the specific doctor being used for peer review.
You are not entitled by law to *all* of these things in most states, but you're entitled to some of them, and you can always ask for them.
This is, she says, a wildly successful tactic, because if the insurance company answers them honestly, it gives you evidence that the
"doctors" making these determinations are practicing medicine out of scope, without proper licensing and qualifications, in areas they are not competent in.
Everyone knows this is true; it's not a secret in any way. But it's in violation of a number of regulations, and a LOT of times the company will just give up and pay the bill rather than handing you proof they're violating the regs. It's a tactic that has worked for me many, many times.")
