i think i have abnormally small upper arms or something. i wanted to try one of those consumer blood pressure monitors and the cuffs were too loose on me to work, even the S size. when they do it at the hospital they just switch with the cuffs meant for babies but they don't seem to sell those sizes for home monitoring systems. bf needs one for high blood pressure but i was hoping to be able to use it too. i wonder whether you can pad with clothing and still have it give a good reading

yea to optimize growth of muscle, connective tissue, bone remodeling, vasculature, blood flow, and generally having healthy physiology, you want optimal nutrition which includes lots of protein, vitamins and minerals, and not a lot of junk food

I'd love to make the switch to Linux - I used a version of Ubuntu throughout Uni and have played around on remote Linux servers since, but haven't used it as my main system for 10 years (and I still have to use Windows 11 on my work laptop).
All I really use my computer for is gaming, discord, programming and video editing. I've backed up my files and Steam saves.

So “My people” is not ethnic – it is an action.
We are God’s people not by birth, but by a way of behaving that is ethical, kind and just. And we cease to be “God’s people” if we are not ethical, kind and just.
And ANYONE who is ethical, kind and just is “God’s people” according to God in Genesis. And the “contract” to “give” us Israel is conditional – we can live in God’s land IF we are “God’s people” in this way – just, merciful, compassionate.
AND - it never says it is ONLY your land. Even when passages express geographic "boundaries" as if God were doing such a thing, it never says this is exclusively your land. It never says I will give this land ONLY to you.
Remember, these were homeless nomads who had left slavery in Egypt and were wandering in the desert; these passages say at most settle here, but they do not say settle here exclusively.
In fact, it talks over and over again about welcoming "zarim" - translated as "strangers" but also translated as "people/tribes who are not of your own" - into your midst. That blew my mind, and I hope it blows your mind too."
