i believe its pretty customary for pigs to have little club patches in a desperate attempt to fulfill the hole in their lives left by a lack of healthy community. you're not going to identify the official agency via the patch, unless you find someone who knows about the little group.

in reply to benda • • •@benda yes, I've found some with the Viking skull but usually with a hammer and axe. I'm trying to figure out the symbols crossed behind the skull. They don't match the typical Nazi Norse runes.
Could be a random "thought it looked cool" design though.
Through this, I found out that a biker patch that is similar but has a hammer in the beard without the symbols crossed behind is actually a femme fertility symbol, lol
