I understand that PEM is one of the 4 dx criteria for ME/CFS. Whether it SHOULD be is a separate question (and CDC lost any credibility since the first Trump horror show, let alone Biden's Walenskey/Cohen horror). My point is that Long COVID MAY include PEM but doesn't in a significant proportion of cases.

And yes! But sadly in the US and UK under privatize-it Liebor Kier Starmerfront, treatment, support and kindess are in dwindling supply. Esp for the poor or non-white.
