wasn't expecting to have an ActivityPub UI dream but just woke up from a sequence in which I was able to generate a new blog post (not a note) in response to a note -- like a longform reply that automatically posted to the blog itself. thought this was neat.

so for each note, you'd have the option to reply as a note or reply as a new post.

Man I had the most craziest dream last night that came out of the blue from nowhere. Dreamt I was in the hospital for some reason.

In Japan.

And I only speak and understand maybe 5-10 words of Japanese.

It was every bit as crazy as you'd think.

I just like woke up. And I was in a hospital room. In Japan.

And there was a vending machine in the room too. (Not one of those kinky or beer vending machines, but a normal one.)

Bank-phishing: KBC.be

Hoe het in België zit weet ik niet, maar in NL: "Schade bankhelpdeskfraude in meeste gevallen NIET vergoed door bank" (security.nl/posting/894602/Sch…).

KBC biedt een verzekering tegen dat soort fraude, maar ik zou de kleine lettertjes heel goed lezen voordat u daar geld aan uitgeeft: kbc.be/particulieren/nl/verzek….

Terug naar phishing: vraag uzelf altijd als éérste af of de websitenaam (ook bekend als domeinnaam) écht van de organisatie is die in de webpagina (en vaak aan een bericht aan u) werd gesuggereerd. Hoe u websitenamen moet interpreteren beschreef ik in infosec.exchange/@ErikvanStrat….

De phishing-website waarvan ik hieronder screenshots toon, is waarschijnlijk van dezelfde criminelen als de Proximus.be nepsite die ik gisteren beschreef (in infosec.exchange/@ErikvanStrat…).

De screenshot links is gemaakt direct na openen, rechts na het drukken op "Vraag nu aan".

Of u, na invullen, met Itsme (*) moet authenticeren weet ik niet, maar als u zo'n pagina invult weten cybercriminelen veel van u en is de kans groot dat zij u gaan bellen. Zij doen zich dan voor als bankmedewerker of politieagent en vertellen bijvoorbeeld dat criminelen toegang tot uw rekening proberen te krijgen, en vragen u of u recentelijk vertrouwelijke persoons- en bank-gegevens heeft ingevuld op een website.

En dat heeft u; helaas klinkt daarom zo'n verhaal van de beller voor veel mensen geloofwaardig. En zodra nette mensen zich schuldig voelen omdat zij zich realiseren dat zij iets onverstandigs hebben gedaan, zijn zij veel gevoeliger voor manipulatie.

The only way that Jeremy Corbyn & Zarah Sultana's new party of the Left can hope to have any real impact on the next election is to also recognise that an alliance with the Green Parry, which has considerable left 'credentials' to form a Left Alliance is a good way forward.

Given the history of factionalism on the Left this may not be the easy sell one might hope it would be, but the success of Left Alliances elsewhere, hopefully will give them & the Greens pause for thought.

I read that Corbyn's new party is being described as the most sinister party seen in decades. This by a figure who works for the Telegraph and GB News, Camilla Tominey.

These people describe the left as the hard-left. They try to pretend that Starmer's Labour Party are left of centre. At the same time they never ever describe any parties in the UK as being far-right. Can everyone see what the press are up to?

Daraus kann man wie letztes Jahr ordentlich was fabrizieren, wir müssen uns nur entsprechend organisieren.

Ich hatte letztes Jahr Templates in Libresprite/Aseprite gebaut, aber jedes beliebige Pixelgenaues Tool kann hier genutzt werden. Die können dann auf der Canvas semi-transparent platziert werden um eine Vorlage zu haben wo man welchen Pixel setzen müsste.

Derrière chaque terroriste se cachent des dizaines d'hommes et de femmes sans lesquels il ne pourrait se livrer au terrorisme. Les acteurs de la guerre sont ceux qui incitent à la violence dans les mosquées, qui rédigent les programmes scolaires meurtriers, qui hébergent les terroristes, qui leur fournissent des véhicules, et tous ceux qui les honorent et leur apportent leur soutien moral. Ce sont tous des combattants ennemis, et leur sang sera sur leur tête. Cela inclut désormais les mères des martyrs, qui les envoient en enfer avec des fleurs et des baisers. Le message a provoqué une certaine agitation et elle l'a supprimé, mais l'idée était clairement celle qu'elle approuvait. L'année suivante, elle allait devenir ministre de la Justice. Shaked a tenu des déclarations ouvertement fascistes, mais elle a eu l'audace, ou la chutzpah, de se moquer de l'idée qu'elle soit fasciste, dans une fausse publicité où elle vante un parfum appelé «Fascism», en disant : «Pour moi, ça sent la démocratie». La vérité est que les dirigeants israéliens prônent le #génocide depuis de nombreuses années. La pensée génocidaire a toujours fait partie, d'une manière ou d'une autre, du projet sioniste, alimentée par sa logique coloniale d'élimination. Mais ces tendances génocidaires ont souvent dû être contrebalancées par un semblant de démocratie, comme dans le cas de l'apartheid.
Mais aujourd'hui, #Israël semble s'être libéré de ces contraintes dans une bien plus large mesure. Il semble qu'Israël ne voie plus la nécessité de se parfumer de démocratie.

The social democrats in Denmark gained popularity by deciding to be tough on migration', Ursula Von Der Leyen staked her position as the head of the European Commission on protecting our European way of life' and the various far-right and neo-fascist parties throughout the continent (Rassemblement National in France, PVV in the Netherlands, Fratelli d'ltalia in Italy, Pis in Poland, New Democracy in Greece...) revolve completely around xenophobic and racist policies. Despite claiming the opposite, these political parties can only hold power and their members can only build a career if the migrants continue to exist as a group that they can demonise.
