This initiative calls to require publishers that sell or license #videogames to consumers in the European Union (or related features and assets sold for videogames they operate) to leave said videogames in a functional (playable) state.

Specifically, the initiative seeks to prevent the remote disabling of videogames by the publishers, before providing reasonable means to continue functioning of said videogames without the involvement from the side of the #publisher.

The initiative does not seek to acquire ownership of said videogames, associated intellectual rights or #monetization rights, neither does it expect the publisher to provide resources for the said #videogame once they discontinue it while leaving it in a reasonably functional (playable) state.

BEWARE: The Greater Israel Project moving full speed ahead:😡

🇮🇱 🇵🇸 Israeli annexation of Judea and Samaria has been placed back on the table, with 15 Likud ministers—including Knesset Speaker Amir Ohana—signing a letter urging Netanyahu to do just that before the Knesset’s summer session ends on July 27.

Why annexation? Extending Israeli sovereignty over the entire of Judea and Samaria would “prevent another massacre in the heart of the country” and “ensure Israel’s security for generations,” the ministers wrote.

And why now? While according to the letter, the time for annexation is ripe following “the State of Israel’s historic achievements in the face of Iran’s axis of evil and its sympathizers,” there’s certainly more to this story.

For one, this may well be a right-wing attempt to attain compensation for ending the war in Gaza—or even a ceasefire. And they’re likely hoping for support from President Trump, whose 2020 Israeli-Palestinian peace plan would have seen Israel annex settlements in Judea and Samaria.

Indeed, right-wing Israeli activists are maintaining direct contacts with the Trump administration on this very issue. Bibi, they believe, has other priorities with the president, such as Iran’s nuclear program and normalization with Syria and Saudi Arabia—and, as a result, they fear he isn’t really pressing the White House on annexation.

But there’s also another possibility: This could all be a ploy to help push an expansion of the Abraham Accords. How so? In June 2020, while Netanyahu seriously discussed unilaterally annexing parts of Judea and Samaria, the UAE’s Ambassador to the U.S. Yousef Al-Otaiba wrote an op-ed on the front page of Yedioth Ahronoth, warning that “Israeli plans for annexation and talk of normalization are a contradiction.”

Skip forward three months: The annexation dream is dropped, and Israel, the UAE and Bahrain are signing the Abraham Accords at the White House.

They’re unlikely to admit it, but those 15 ministers may well remember Yousef Al-Otaiba’s plea—and have now set their sights on Saudi Arabia’s Mohammed bin Salman.

59 of the confirmed deaths occurred in #KerrCounty, Sheriff Larry Leitha said Sunday, including 21 children. In addition to the #deaths in Kerr County, there were 8 deaths due to the flooding in surrounding counties.

people who supposedly can't afford food are often in that position because they lack planning skills and impulse control, and can't make good decisions. they deserve help making good food choices not being stuffed full of junk food and especailly, kids deserve a chance at good health even if their parents make poor decisions. it's simply the most humane thing to do, remove all junk food, and most processed prepared foods from SNAP benefits.

there's little difference between eating grocery store prepared meals and eating in restaurants- and we wouldn't want to buy restaurant meals with SNAP. we should offer them whole unprocessed ingredients, and some kind of basic cooking lessons for the terminally retarded.

Les vaccins Covid-19 ne sont pas des vaccins. Dans sa décision, la cour suprême confirme que les dommages causés par la thérapie génique de l'ARNm de Covid sont IRRÉVERSIBLES.

La cour suprême étant la plus haute juridiction des États-Unis, il n'y aura pas d'autre recours et toutes les possibilités d'appel ont été épuisées.

Dans sa déclaration, Robert Kennedy a souligné que ce succès n'était possible que grâce à la coopération internationale de nombreux avocats et universitaires. Bien sûr, cette décision crée un précédent international.
Cette décision devrait avoir un impact particulier sur la Suisse, car la Suisse occupe une position particulière dans sa Constitution fédérale. D'une part, le code de Nuremberg est mentionné à l'article 118B de la Constitution, et en Suisse, l'utilisation non autorisée du génie Génétique sur l'homme est interdite en vertu de l'article 119 de la Constitution fédérale. Cette disposition est complétée par l'article 230bis du code Pénal, qui prévoit que les auteurs d'infractions peuvent passer jusqu'à 10 ans en prison.

Mais cette décision historique devrait également faire réfléchir le reste du monde, car le code de #Nuremberg a une force internationale et est également inscrit à l'article 7 du pacte international Relatif aux droits civils et politiques.
Dans le cas des accusations criminelles, la déclaration devrait mentionner le scandale Kontergan afin de donner un poids particulier à ces accusations.
L'avocat allemand Rainer Fulmich et plus d'une centaine d'autres avocats allemands participent activement à ces affaires. Ce n'est pas rapporté par les médias, ni en Suisse, ni en Europe.

Malheureusement, il est presque mathématiquement évident que, dans la mesure où il s'agit d'une question destructrice susceptible de modifier les plans financiers et économiques d'un lobby influent du secteur pharmaceutique, le public n'en est pas informé. Nous sommes au milieu d'une campagne publicitaire visant à encourager les gens à se faire vacciner, puis à se faire vacciner à nouveau d'ici l'hiver prochain.
Il est très probable que si les nouvelles de cette décision historique sont connues, il sera trop tard pour permettre à un établissement médical corrompu, qui correspond aux positions du lobby pharmaceutique, d'aller plus loin dans la campagne de #vaccination.

Nous demandons à tous les honnêtes gens de bonne volonté de diffuser le plus largement possible cette décision historique de la cour suprême des États-Unis.

Il y a 20 ans, le 29 mai 2005 exactement, les Français votaient "non" au Traité Constitutionnel Européen à 54,6 % malgré une campagne politico-médiatique massive en faveur du "oui". A l'automne de la même année, les banlieues se soulevaient après la mort de Zyned et Bouna, avec pour réponse l'instauration par le gouvernement Villepin de l'état d'urgence pour la première fois dans le pays depuis la Guerre d'Algérie. D'un côté les classes moyennes et défavorisées rejetaient la constitutionnalisation du néolibéralisme et la marchandisation généralisée de la vie sociale sous couvert de construction de l'union européenne, de l'autre les populations des "quartiers", en grande proportion issues de l'immigration, secouaient le joug du racisme d'Etat et de son oppression policière.
Vus de 2025, ces deux événements ont ouvert une nouvelle ère politique, celle d'aujourd'hui. D'une part avec la recomposition du champ politique autour d'une nouvelle ligne principale de clivage politique tracée entre acception et refus du néolibéralisme, d'autre part avec la cristallisation d'un nouvel antiracisme, non plus moral et placé sous la tutuelle de la gauche de gouvernement, mais politique, décolonial et revendiquant donc l'autonomie à l'égard du progressisme "blanc".
Depuis 2005, le discours et la pensée d'extrême-droite se sont emparés de la vie politico-médiatique française. Face à cet état de fait, l'enjeu vital pour la gauche "de gauche" est d'unir les deux blocs que constituent les Blancs frappés par la destruction de l'Etat social et les Racisés placés sous la domination de l'Etat racial. Dans cette perspective, un collectif d'organisation radicales - anticapitalistes, antiracistes, écologistes - vient de lancer, notamment par la voix d'Amal Bentounsi, un appel intitulé "Faisons bloc, faisons peuple, contre la guerre et contre l'état de guerre", qui prend la suite de l'événement "Tours et bourgs, chiche !" du début de cette année. Le mouvement débouchera sur une manifestation le 16 novembre 2025, date qui correspond à l'anniversaire de la fin des émeutes de 2025, mais aussi à celui du début du soulèvement des Gilets Jaunes en 2018. Pour en parler, #JulienThéry a invité deux membres des organisations associées pour cette initiative, le philosophe #StathisKouvelakis et l'auteur et artiste #OlivierMarboeuf.

— Conclusion ? Oui, l’été il fait chaud. Oui, les épisodes se rapprochent ces dernières décennies : 2003, 2015, 2019, 2022.

Mais NON : • Cela ne prouve pas que le CO₂ est la cause.

• Cela ne prouve pas que l’homme pilote le climat. Aucun consensus scientifique solide n’a démontré de lien de cause à effet direct entre émissions de CO₂ modernes et canicules historiques ainsi que leur augmentation de fréquence. Rien ne prouve sérieusement que cette augmentation va être pérenne dans le temps.

On ne détruit pas une économie à coups de lois «écologiques» pour une hypothèse non prouvée. Le GIEC est loin de faire consensus au sein de la communauté scientifique et il ne fait que des projections, il n’apporte pas de preuve.

Si on dépense avec autant d’assurance des milliards sur de l’hypothétique, ce n’est pas pour le climat.

Le retour sur investissement est ailleurs. C’est pour une idéologie politique, des marchés artificiels (carbone, éolien, électrique).

L’écologie punitive, c’est une clé de contrôle, pas une solution.

Questionnez vous sur les entraves qu’on vous met dès lors qu’il est question de faire de la véritable écologie non lucrative (circuits courts, potager, poulailler, autonomie, eau gratuite etc.)

L’écologie entrepreneuriale est l’une des 5 colonnes vertébrales du WEF. Ne l’oubliez pas.

@Max_Imum One tip: You're supposed to cover the mixture (which I put in the big mason jar) LIGHTLY... because possibly this is aerobic process. Not sure , but I think. Anyway... if you cover with ceran wrap, it will suck to the glass and make a seal. So just jam a plastic straw under the loosely-fitted-ceran-wrap..... and you'll still allow air to get inside. I think it made a big difference in quality.

@Max_Imum If you don't have a big ass pot to use as I just talked about... Walmart has big ass supposedly stainless steel pots believe it or not for like $8.00. Now more or less a couple of bucks but amazing deal. Yes they're dinky... but for utilitarian uses like this? Gold. Because you can also put them on fire or whatever witout worrying for other projects.
