After years of dominance in #ESET’s top #infostealer statistics, the era of #AgentTesla has come to an end. It finished H1 2025 in fourth place, its numbers having decreased by 57%. The reason? It is no longer under active development.
The threat actors behind Agent Tesla have reportedly lost access to the servers with the malware’s source code. A successor appeared almost immediately – another #MaaS threat, known as #SnakeStealer or #SnakeKeylogger, has claimed the number one spot.
Recommended as a suitable replacement directly in Agent Tesla’s Telegram channel, SnakeStealer now takes up almost a fifth of all infostealer detections registered by ESET telemetry. Between H2 2024 and H1 2025, its detections more than doubled.

At least 20 Palestinians were killed in the early hours of Wednesday following two separate airstrikes carried out by Israeli warplanes in the al-Mawasi area of Khan Younis and al-Shati refugee camp west of Gaza City, according to Palestinian Civil Defense spokesperson Mahmoud Basal.

When the American empire finally collapses, historians won’t be stunned by the greed of the elite; They’ll be stunned by the loyalty of the poor.

The working class didn’t just vote against their own interests. They worshipped the billionaires robbing them.

They slashed their own benefits, gutted their own healthcare, defunded the schools of their own kids, plauded the ruling class for leaving them alone in time of need, supported masked agents kidnapping regular citizens, and cheered while the rich wrote off private jets as tax deductions.

Not because it helped them. But because they were told it would hurt someone else.

And that, right there, is how you rig a democracy without ever breaking a single law.

According to prisoner advocacy groups on Tuesday, at least 10,800 Palestinian detainees, including over 450 children, are currently held in Israeli prisons.

Francesca Albanese, the UN special rapporteur on the human rights situation in the occupied Palestinian territory, has hit out at countries that allowed Israeli PM Netanyahu to fly over their airspace en route to the US, suggesting that they may have flouted their obligations under international law.

But | am a realist, and | know that with the collapse of the Supreme Court as a meaningful judicial institution, the work is going to be that much harder.
It usually takes years of propaganda to get people to accept camps. But exposed to enough propaganda, a majority will come to either embrace their neighbors being rounded up or tolerate it out of fear or confusion. Yet because of the role of national culture in identifying who gets targeted, from the beginning, each ruling party, when asked about its camps, has been emphatic that their country isn’t running camps like those other horrible ones you've read or heard about. Theirs are different, they say, because this particular group is a real threat to public safety or to the nation and deserves to be locked up.
