Here's an idea. What about any companies which pay their workers so little that they have to claim benefits are subject to government fines to reclaim some of that money? Isn't that better than companies who pay their workers so little they have to claim benefits which are paid for by the tax payer while the company takes huge profits?
There should be no so called working poor. If only we had a socialist party in government instead of parties which fawn to the agenda set by the far right...

La compañía hizo públicas y rastreables por internet las transcripciones completas cientos de miles de conversaciones de usuarios con el chatbot de inteligencia artificial Grok. lo que ha revelado las peticiones que se le hacen a la IA, desde un plan para asesinar al propio Musk a instrucciones para fabricar fentanilo o bombas, según ha revelado la página web de la revista Forbes.La clave para que esas conversaciones privadas hayan pasado a ser públicas es que el usuario active el botón “compartir” de su chat en un correo electrónico o un mensaje de texto. Cada vez que se elige esta opción, Grok crea también una dirección URL de internet que está disponible para los motores de búsqueda de Google y de otros buscadores. Esta exposición pública de la conversación se hace sin ningún tipo de aviso al usuario.
Según el motor de búsqueda de Google, en estos momentos tiene indexadas 370.000 conversaciones de Grok con los usuarios. Los chats son de todo tipo, personales y profesionales –con archivos de texto y Excel incluidos– y ofrecen contenidos claramente ilegales, como la generación de imágenes de un falso ataque terrorista en Cachemira, instrucciones para suicidarse, o la forma de hackear una cartera de criptomonedas. Todo ello contraviene las directrices de la propia xAI para el uso de su IA, que prohíbe su utilización para “promover daños graves a la vida humana o desarrollar armas biológicas, químicas o de destrucción masiva”.

A principios de este mes, algunos usuarios de ChatGPT, de OpenAI, también vieron publicadas sus conversaciones en los resultados de búsqueda de Google. Después de las protestas por este hecho, la compañía que preside Sam Altman, decidió eliminar la indexación de los chats en los motores de los buscadores y consideró que había sido un “experimento efímero”.

For #RomanSiteSaturday let's go to a villa beneath the Church of Santa Maria Assunta at Positano with its amazing paintings in the triclinium (dining room). The luxurious maritime villa was destroyed in the eruption of Mount Vesuvius in AD 79. It presumably covered an area of over 4000 square metres. Being situated on artificial terraces, it occupied the entire seafront of what is now the core of Positano’s historical centre.

社会福祉諸制度や公営・民営の相談窓口もあるのに、ヤミ金や闇バイトなんてものに手を出してしまう人が後を断たないのは、制度にアクセスする方法や手段を知らないというのも一因だと思います。単に「馬鹿な奴」の一言で済ませられるものではなく、家庭環境や病気、精神状態、あるいは人間関係によって情報が制限されている、ということは往々にしてあります。

生活に困っている場合、妙なものに手を出す前に、1.役所、2.社会福祉協議会、3.弁護士会の3箇所は相談してみて損はありません。どれも相談無料ですし、少なくとも抱えてる問題点を整理できます。

友人、知人、親族に困っている人がいたら、どうか「とりあえずどれか相談に行ったら？」と教えてあげて下さい。
