I've noticed something about gentrified neighborhoods. I've visited two in the past year and when they're infested by hispanics they become purely practical. All the businesses are grocery stores, auto repair, laundries, places with tacky plastic signs in spanish where the beaners can spend welfare. The most creative places are taco restaurants. Whoop-tie doo.
But as these two slowly became more White, the more creative places opened up like record stores, art galleries, recording studios and novelty shops. All were run by Whites and the spics come in with wide eyes, marvelling at what the gringos can do.

@mischievoustomato actually there are still plenty of X11 window managers still working. Macports also still let's you install X11 builds of many applications over their aqua counterparts and they are still marked as known goods.
@RedTechEngineer @mischievoustomato that's really pathetic. I remember when macOS X had its own official X server that you could install. GTK Wayland applications run just as natively on Haiku OS as QT applications do.

You also have companies who focus a lot on their "brand" meaning they want e.g. Spotify to be the same black-and-green everywhere. Their marketing and design teams spent a lot of time picking out that shade of Mountain Dew green, so you must see it and acknowledge its excellence in its pure form, as originally provided by the company.

UK person here... Worcester is a city, lacks the 'shire' both in spelling and pronunciation. Worcestershire is a county, has the 'shire' both in spelling and pronunciation. Worcestershire sauce is a condiment... and the label spells it in full, and I pronounce it in full. But Wikipedia suggests that some don't.
First time I saw the spelling, I pronounced it war chester shire. The common pronunciation where I was brought up was worst uh sher. Then a friend told me his English grandmother said wooster sauce.
