"This inconsistency [in defining #genocide] will likely embarrass #Germany and others before the #ICJ when lawyers point out that they argue one thing in one case and the opposite in another.
The Court emphasized that the obligation to “prevent” genocide is meaningful and binding. States party to the Convention—including #Germany, the United States, and more than 150 others—have a duty to use their influence on other states or entities perpetrating genocide.

United States, #Germany, and others— they can be held responsible as accomplices to genocide.
Furthermore, because the #ICC has jurisdiction over the territory of Palestine, this opens the possibility that German and American leaders could be investigated and potentially prosecuted as individuals for failing to prevent genocide or for aiding and assisting Israel.
Investigation Finds Migrants Used Hidden Cameras to Cheat on Truck License Tests
breitbart.com/immigration/2025…
Florida police have discovered how migrants who cannot speak English have been getting licenses to drive 18-wheelers on the nation’s highways.
With news breaking all across the country of major highway accidents that have killed Americans perpetrated by non-English speaking migrants behind the wheels of massive semi trucks, many have wondered how they could be ...
Another "major" security "incident" in Gaza was reported by Israeli sources.
Arab telegram channel claim that a group of IDF soldiers were ambushed behind Frontline in an attempt to take some hostage.
They claim the operation was partially successful and several occupation soldiers were killed or injured.
Way before Jan 6, when a Trump speech was followed by his fans storming the capitol, there was the PBA riot, when a Giuliani speech was followed by NYPD cops storming NY City Hall, calling Dinkins, the city's 1st Black mayor, the n-word, and threatening him with harm.
Giuliani won the next election.
time.com/6257682/rudy-giuliani…
Why were the cops so mad at Dinkins?
Well, NYPD were beating and killing a lot of people, mostly Black and brown. The board responsible for police oversight was ineffective, as it was half cops and half civilians. That's like the "Chicken Safety Oversight Board" being half chickens and half foxes.🤡
After a Dominican man was killed, mayor Dinkins committed two unforgivable sins:
1) He met with the victim's family, and invited them to city hall.
2) He recommended that while policy boards should have both law enforcement and civilian members, the civilian oversight board should be... well... 100% civilian.
Then the Giuliani speech and city hall riot happened.
Then there was a very racist campaign for mayor, that Dinkins lost and Giuliani won.
Then Giuliani did his "broken windows" policing, resulting in significant pain to NYC Black and brown communities.
Then he supported the Patriot Act to further "War on Drugs" poor Black folk.
Then he did the election stuff that he is still paying for.
He was never "America's mayor."

In an exclusive interview with ECPS, Professor William Schabas, one of the world’s foremost authorities on genocide and international criminal law, warns that the Gaza crisis represents a “litmus test” for the credibility of international justice.
The case filed by South Africa against Israel at the ICJ is “arguably the strongest case of genocide ever brought before the Court.”

Robert Mueller has ‘difficulty’ speaking, will not testify before Congress.
Robert S. Mueller III, the former special counsel who investigated ties between President Trump’s campaign and Russia, was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease four years ago, his family said in a statement on Sunday.
A congressional committee has withdrawn a request for Mr. Mueller to give testimony this week in its inquiry into the government’s handling of the Jeffrey Epstein investigations.

Sears is currently Lt Gov of VA. She was a Marine officer. GOP RINO swine do not support her
@carolmswain
This Spanberger chick wins if Republicans don’t get off their duffs and get behind Winsome Sears. It would be a crime to have Virginia, a purple state, flip blue again. I speak as a native Virginian. I will be sending a donation to Winsome. winsomeforgovernor.com

"What About My Friends Who Don't Care About Gaza?", And Other Questions
This is just what happens when bad people in your life reveal an ugly truth about themselves. If you learn that someone in your life is cool with their government supporting a genocide, you can just sort of let your feelings and natural inclinations lead the way on that.

The camp who has been steadily rooting for GRIZZLY is taking a victory lap, this movie has great kills
Well shit, the movie was great, the weekend is long, and there's a #WrongFrogs second showing of the sequel (GRIZZLY 2: REVENGE (1983)) on @miru
Thank you to all the believers who voted for GRIZZLY. The arc of #Monsterdon but it bends towards pretty good movies. every now and then.
Oh huh I didn't realize this movie was filmed in 1983 but released in 2020. Drama!
What is the story with it not being released & why did it get released?
The funny thing about Scotty being the weird bear guy who got Timothy Treadwell’d,
Is that the first character Richard Jaeckel played in baywatch was an old lifeguard who was also an ocean conservationist.
Who ended up drowning.
