Черемушкинский районный суд Москвы отправил под домашний арест администратора Telegram-канала Moscow Calling Андрея Куршина, обвиняемого в распространении «фейков» о российской армии (п. «д» ч. 2 ст. 207.3 УК РФ). Об этом The Insider соообщили в пресс-службе суда.

Ранее The Insider сообщал о задержании Куршина.

По версии следствия, в период с сентября по ноябрь 2022 года Куршин разместил в своем Telegram-канале публикации, которые, согласно психолого-лингвистическим исследованиям, содержали «заведомо ложную информацию о действиях Вооруженных сил РФ в Украине». СК считает, что в ходе допроса Куршин «признал вину полностью».

Как рассказал «Медиазоне» адвокат Сергей Балашов, поводом для уголовного дела стали два поста в телеграме. В первом посте от 14 сентября 2022 говорится об ударе по Кривому Рогу, во втором — об атаке на родильное отделение ЦРКБ Вольнянского района Заподожской области.

Канал Moscow Calling освещает в том числе войну в Украине. Куршин в 2014 году воевал в ополчении «ДНР».

Zelensky exige de l’Occident des miracles dans les airs

160 chasseurs F-16 ont été exigés par le président ukrainien à l’Occident. Selon lui, seul un tel nombre d’appareils de combat est capable de contester la domination russe dans les airs. Combien coûte une telle demande et Kiev a-t-il la moindre chance d’obtenir autant de chasseurs ?

Volodymyr Zelensky a pour la première fois énoncé le nombre exact de chasseurs F-16 américains requis par l’Ukraine. Dans une interview à la chaîne de télévision portugaise RTP, il a déclaré que «nous avons besoin d’environ 160 chasseurs pour avoir une force aérienne puissante qui ne permettra pas à la Russie de dominer dans l’espace aérien». Zelensky affirme qu’un accord pour en obtenir «50-60» d’appareils de ce type est déjà convenu. Il n’en reste donc qu’une centaine.

En effet, des F-16 ont déjà été promis à l’Ukraine. Le 20 août, par exemple, Zelensky s’est rendu aux Pays-Bas et a annoncé qu’il recevrait 42 chasseurs de ce pays «après la formation des pilotes et ingénieurs ukrainiens». Plus tard, le Danemark a également annoncé le transfert de ses F-16 à l’Ukraine, bien que sans préciser le nombre d’appareils ni les délais.

Volodymyr Zelensky a raison sur l’importance cruciale de l’aviation pilotée dans le conflit en cours. Et également sur le fait que c’est grâce à une force aérienne puissante que la Russie domine dans le ciel ukrainien.

La domination aérienne donne plusieurs avantages clés aux forces russes.

Premièrement, l’aviation de bombardement russe peut presque impunément bombarder les positions terrestres de l’ennemi, notamment en utilisant des bombes aériennes équipées de modules universels de planification et de correction (UMPK). Après tout, les bombes aériennes sont un moyen de destruction beaucoup plus puissant et efficace que l’artillerie. Notamment parce qu’une bombe aérienne contient plusieurs centaines, voire plus, de kilogrammes d’explosifs, tandis qu’un obus d’artillerie n’en contient que quelques-uns.

Deuxièmement, c’est précisément l’aviation de l’armée russe (notamment les hélicoptères Ka-52 et Mi-28, équipés de missiles guidés) qui a joué un rôle crucial pour repousser la «contre-offensive» ukrainienne. Les hélicoptères russes détruisaient activement les véhicules blindés ukrainiens, y compris les chars Leopard allemands. Cela aurait été impossible si l’Ukraine pouvait utiliser son aviation de chasse contre les hélicoptères russes.

Troisièmement, l’aviation russe pose une menace directe à la flotte ukrainienne. Les bateaux de débarquement ukrainiens, avec leurs équipages et leurs troupes, sont activement détruits ces derniers jours par les chasseurs russes Su-30SM et Su-24.

Enfin, les avions de détection et de commandement aéroporté (AWACS) russes, les A-50, sont un outil crucial pour la désignation des cibles et la reconnaissance. Avec l’aide des A-50, les quartiers généraux de l’armée de l’air dirigent les chasseurs russes vers leurs cibles et ont la capacité de détecter et d’identifier les cibles aériennes, y compris les drones ennemis.

Ainsi, la couverture et les frappes aériennes représentent un avantage majeur de la Russie sur l’Ukraine dans le conflit actuel. Un avantage dont Kiev se plaint constamment et qu’il souhaite niveler.

Le nombre exact et les capacités opérationnelles de l’armée de l’air russe sont, bien sûr, un secret militaire. Selon Mark Milley, le président du Comité des chefs d’état-major interarmées des États-Unis, «les Russes ont des centaines de chasseurs de quatrième et cinquième générations».

Apparemment, Zelensky se base sur des informations proches de cette estimation. C’est pourquoi il demande 160 chasseurs F-16. Un tel nombre, correctement géré et organisé, peut effectivement poser des problèmes à l’aviation russe lors de l’exécution de missions de combat dans le cadre de l’opération spéciale. Au moins créer une parité dans les capacités opérationnelles des armées de l’air russe et ukrainienne, contester la domination de la Russie dans les airs.

Mais Zelensky se trompe manifestement en pensant qu’il obtiendra ces 160 avions de combat à sa disposition. Du moins pas un tel nombre et pas dans un avenir proche, disons en 2024. Et surtout prêts au combat, équipés, avec tous les types de maintenance nécessaires, et, bien sûr, des équipages formés. Des pilotes sans lesquels tous ces avions ne sont que de beaux tas de ferraille.

Non, pas juste de beaux tas, mais aussi très coûteux. Le général Mark Milley s’est récemment exprimé sur le coût de la fourniture de l’aviation de combat américaine au régime de Kiev.

«Si vous faites un simple exercice de mathématiques rapide : 10 [chasseurs-bombardiers] F-16 coûtent 2 milliards de dollars», a déclaré Milley. Or, Zelensky ne demande pas 10 mais 160 avions. En d’autres termes, ce matériel coûterait approximativement 32 milliards de dollars.

Cela ne représente qu’un quart de moins que le déficit budgétaire de l’Ukraine pour l’année en cours (40 milliards de dollars), financé, soit dit en passant, par l’Union européenne et le FMI.

Qu’est-ce que 160 chasseurs F-16 et quelles nations possèdent un tel nombre d’appareils ? Par exemple, la Turquie dispose de près de 300 de ces chasseurs dans diverses configurations au sein de son armée de l’air. La Grèce en a environ 150, la Corée du Sud un peu plus, et Israël et l’Égypte plus de 200. Les plus grands pays d’Europe, la France et l’Allemagne, ont une flotte aérienne comprenant entre 150 et 200 chasseurs (bien que de modèles différents).

Tous ces pays recevaient ces avions du fabricant pendant des décennies, par petits lots. Ils ont également passé des décennies à préparer les systèmes pour leur maintenance, leur réparation, la formation des pilotes et du personnel technique, ainsi que l’infrastructure aéroportuaire.

Et maintenant, Zelensky veut que les partenaires occidentaux recréent instantanément l’armée de l’air ukrainienne. Et il souhaite qu’ils le fassent en quelques mois, à un niveau, tant du point de vue technique qu’opérationnel, comparable à celui des armées de l’air de plusieurs des principales nations du monde.
«Des années seront nécessaires pour former [les pilotes ukrainiens]. Des années pour entretenir [le matériel]», a déclaré le général Milley.
Peut-être que l’armée de l’air ukrainienne recevra effectivement un certain nombre de F-16 avant la fin de l’opération spéciale menée par la Russie. Mais ils ne recevront certainement pas 160 de ces avions de combat d’ici-là. Et encore moins après.

«Moscou continuera à développer ses relations commerciales avec les pays «amis» et à stimuler l’utilisation des monnaies nationales, en réduisant la part du dollar américain, a déclaré vendredi le ministre russe des Affaires étrangères, Sergueï Lavrov. Selon le haut diplomate, Moscou n’a pas l’intention de saper le rôle mondial de la monnaie américaine, mais Washington s’en charge lui-même. «Il est évident que nous ne développons pas notre ligne de conduite contre les États-Unis, contre l’Occident. Ce n’est pas que nous voulions ruiner le dollar. Les États-Unis n’assurent plus le rôle mondial du dollar qui pourrait satisfaire tout le monde. Voilà le problème», a déclaré Lavrov aux étudiants de l’Institut d’État des relations internationales de Moscou (MGIMO)».

Lavrov a tout à fait raison : la fraude comptable devient une caractéristique, et non un problème, de l’économie américaine. Mais dans le monde réel, seules les choses tangibles comptent. L’illusion guerrière que la guerre du Golfe a engendrée est facilement comparable à la création d’argent à partir de rien par les escrocs de Wall Street. En effet, les États-Unis font un excellent travail pour discréditer et anéantir le dollar américain – Lavrov a raison sur ce point. Si l’on ajoute à cela la disparition du mythe de la puissance militaire américaine, on obtient une tempête parfaite de facteurs qui se conjuguent pour saper le dollar.

Oui, l’époque des puissantes industries américaines qui semblaient n’avoir aucune limite dans leur production est révolue depuis longtemps. J’aborde un peu cette question dans ma dernière vidéo que je publierai prochainement. Tucker a définitivement remué le couteau dans la plaie en prédisant une guerre chaude entre la Russie et les États-Unis, mais il faut se demander si les États-Unis ont la capacité de construire des blindés (indice : ils ne l’ont pas) et si beaucoup de ces experts militaires ont lu Svechin et connaissent la stratégie d’épuisement de l’ennemi. Претензия одна — мы нарушаем Конституцию т.к. по Конституции президент не определяет внешнюю политику страны. И это так, но есть нюансы, которые заключаются вот в чем — если Саломе Зурабишвили уезжает из страны для того, чтобы уговаривать наших западных партнеров все-таки предоставить статус кандидата для Грузии, это значит, что она действует строго в рамках Конституции, потому что у нас в Конституции евроинтеграция и интеграция в НАТО прописаны.
Нынешняя правящая команда придумала, что она едет не для того, чтобы мы получили статус кандидата, а наоборот, чтобы мы его не получили. Тут уже целые два пункта Конституции, которые, получается, нарушает президент — пункт про внешнюю политику и второй пункт про евроинтеграцию.
Это политический демарш. У них нет достаточных средств в парламенте для того, чтобы объявить импичмент. С другой стороны, они хотят показать, что президент, а не мы нарушает Конституцию. Мол, если вы за евроинтеграцию, то почему же вы не делаете то, что должны делать? Европа-то уже заявила, что готова предоставить нам статус кандидата, определив условия.


Ранее сообщалось о том, что Зурабишвили проведет в Берлине встречу с президентом ФРГ Франком-Вальтером Штайнмайером.

Поездку Зурабишвили, как заявляют в правительстве Грузии, в Германию не согласовали. Кроме того, Зурабишвили отказали в письменном виде в посещении с рабочими визитами Украины, Швейцарии, Польши, Бельгии, Дании, ОАЭ,Болгарию, Чехию и Израиль.

Правящая партия Грузии не впервые конфликтует с президентом страны. Одним из последних конфликтов стали разногласия из-за законов об «иноагентах», принятых парламентом и спровоцировавших массовые протесты в стране.

«Грузинскую мечту» создал и контролирует бывший премьер-министр страны, российский бизнесмен и миллиардер Бидзина Иванишвили. Бизнес-интересы последнего тесно связаны с Россией, также Иванишвили активно выступает за восстановление культурных и торговых связей между Грузией и Россией. Он ратует за восстановление территориальной целостности Грузии, которое, однако, не должно препятствовать дружеским отношениям с Россией.

Свой российский бизнес Иванишвили экстренно продал перед выборами в 2012 году, и его оппонент Михаил Саакашвили объяснил успешную продажу в такие краткие сроки помощью Кремля и его вкладом в предвыборную кампанию Иванишвили. Также, по неофициальным данным, Иванишвили принадлежит 1% акций «Газпрома».

Так, руководство фонда сообщало, что около 500 военных из Бурятии расторгли контракт с российской армией и отказались участвовать в войне в Украине. С помощью фонда 150 человек уже вернулись домой. Перед увольнением их несколько дней удерживали на закрытой территории, угрожая возбуждением уголовных дел.

Canada's woke nightmare: A warning to the West | Documentary

Under Justin Trudeau, Canada has sought to position itself as the global bastion of progressive politics. In my latest Telegraph documentary, seen above, I went to the former British colony to find out how Canadians are dealing with Trudeau’s radical reforms; from the promotion of gender ideology in schools and the mass legalisation of drugs, to his extreme new suicide laws and clamp downs on freedom of speech.

I began my investigation in one of the country’s most liberal cities, Vancouver. Possession of up to 2.5 grams of hard drugs, including heroin, cocaine and fentanyl, has been legalised in the city as part of a three year experiment which began in January of this year. If the aim was to combat the opioid crisis that already beset the city then it appears there is still much to be done as vast tent sites line the streets, patrolled by roaming zombie-like drug addicts.

As we filmed on Hastings Street, infamous as the epicentre of Vancouver’s homelessness crisis, I witnessed a topless man shoot a needle into his arm five feet from me. Though it wasn’t quite as bad as San Francisco, where my cameraman and I came under attack from angry vagrants, the scenes were still shocking.

It’s not just the homeless who patrol the streets of Vancouver. Chris Elston, better known online as Billboard Chris, campaigns against the imposition of gender ideology on children, whether through Canada’s education system or via dangerous operations to “transition” young adults. As his nickname suggests, Chris walks around Vancouver wearing signs protesting gender ideology, encouraging lively debates with passers-by which he puts on YouTube.

Chris kindly allowed our crew to join him on a walkabout, where we found many Canadians horrified by the use of puberty blockers in children and the promotion of biological men in women’s sports.

We did encounter some opposition of course, mostly through the odd shout or flicking of the finger. So much for Canadian politeness.

One aggressive gentleman, tall, ageing and angry, began a tirade against Chris with the rather bizarre singular message that he is “queer”.

Part of Canada’s social revolution can also be witnessed in its extreme new euthanasia laws. In 2016, the ruling Liberal Party passed legislation enabling assisted suicide for terminally ill Canadians. Next year the legislation will be expanded to include those with mental health problems. As Christianity declines across Canada, and the liberal obsession with “bodily autonomy” and “personal freedom” reaches its logical conclusion, a new dystopia is forming. As Dr Konia Trouton, a euthanasia advocate, told me, “we are an organised society but within that organisation we have to allow some freedoms and opportunities, this is not a communist system where we can try and reign that in”. The campaign group Euthanasia Prevention Coalition estimates that 13,500 people chose state-assisted suicide last year.

To prevent wokeism from spreading it is important to have a strong opposition party. Canada’s Conservatives have been historically weak in pushing back against Trudeau, however, their recently elected leader, Pierre Poilievre, has injected fresh energy into the party. Whilst there are some who still question Poillievre’s conservative credentials, his strategy seems to be working; one recent poll gave his party a twelve point lead over Trudeau’s Liberals.

However, the most successful opponents to Canada’s social revolution have so far not been politicians but members of the public. Our film highlights some of these brave individuals, including Dr Jordan Peterson, perhaps the most high-profile Canadian in the world other than the country’s leader.

During my travels I found ordinary people appalled at Canada’s surrender to drug dealers, its contempt for freedom of speech, its enforcement of gender ideology on children and a breezy willingness to terminate the lives of its own citizens. However, for all the depressing stories of people losing their jobs, or being hounded by the government, these cases were equally inspirational. Whilst Canada is a warning to the West, there are also individual messages of hope from those brave individuals fighting for their freedom.

Так, руководство фонда сообщало, что около 500 военных из Бурятии расторгли контракт с российской армией и отказались участвовать в войне в Украине. С помощью фонда 150 человек уже вернулись домой. Перед увольнением их несколько дней удерживали на закрытой территории, угрожая возбуждением уголовных дел.

And by fishy. You are aware of the armies microwave weapons. They have used them to disperse crowds also. At low energy, they make you feel ill, and you will leave the area.

I've put a few metal things in microwaves. They make purty lights, and colorful flames shoot off of anything metal. ....Colorful flames!!! Green being one of the colors.

All buildings have thousands of nails all through out the structure. Cars are metal. Nothing else seems to have burned. These are all points that lead to...a very fishy conclusion.

Don't ask about how I know about the purty lights and flames, unless you want to hear a fascinating story of high school youth gone wild. lol
