And, if psychopathy is bad because it cares nothing for the group - then why is the group supposed to be more important than the individual? (And which group is the most important, and why - of all the many groups of which we are members?)
My point is that the concept of psychopathy cannot replace the need for an understanding of evil; and when it is used for that purpose, then the concept has serious problems - and is itself being used in the mainstream discourse to advance the totalitarian/ globalist agenda.

As I read up on Deno’s plan for a package registry I realise that whereas “node but better and more webby” is 👍🏻, “npm but better and more webby” isn’t necessarily a good idea.
I guess I don’t want a registry, I want something more like debian’s package archive for web modules with maintainers and managers whose priority is making sure that the package is safe and usable and aren’t necessarily involved in the making of the code that’s being packaged.

Harry Potter had near perfect casting, with the only blight being Richard Harris dying and being replaced by a much less charismatic actor. No one will ever equal Alan Rickman as Snape.
Back to LOTR, imagine having to fill Viggo Mortenson or Andy Serkis' shoes. Even that old queen Ian McKellan is perfect as Gandalf. It's hard to think of a role that isn't brilliantly cast, King Theoden, Eomer and Eowyn are absolutely spot on.
