В Москве на волонтера Евгения Мищенко, дежурящего у "Немцова моста", завели дело об "оправдании терроризма" (ст. 205.2 УК). Об этом пишет Avtozak LIVE. Как уточняет "ОВД-Инфо", речь идет о второй части статьи – "оправдание терроризма в интернете".

По словам адвоката Мищенко, Николая Фомина, его подзащитному вменяют участие в легионе "Свобода России".

Во время заседания Бабушкинского районного суда Москвы, на котором активисту должны были избрать меру пресечения, Фомин попросил вызвать своему подзащитному скорую помощь, в травмпункт выяснилось, что у Мищенко перелом трех ребер.

"Сейчас состояние плохое. Сломаны ребра, грудная клетка. При задержании и в период следственных действий были допущены... Я думаю, это как обычно, всем известно, может происходить", – сказал Мищенко во время заседания суда.

Судья постановил вызвать скорую помощь и отложить заседание до осмотра Мищенко медработниками, передает SotaVision.

Перед заседанием Мищенко признал вину, заявив, что хотел как-то повлиять на ситуацию, чтобы остановить бомбардировки в Украине.

По данным Avtozak LIVE, Мищенко задержали 11 сентября.

Мищенко регулярно следил за сохранностью мемориала российскому политику Борису Немцову на Большом Москворецком мосту в Москве, где он был убит 27 февраля 2015 года. В июле того же года по обвинению в убийстве политика по найму в составе организованной группы были осуждены пятеро человек, однако заказчик так и не был найден.

Московские власти неоднократно пытались ликвидировать мемориал на месте убийства Немцова, но его продолжают восстанавливать.

Штраф по статье об "оправдании терроризма в интернете" варьируется от 300 тысяч до одного миллиона рублей. Максимальное наказание – лишение свободы на срок до семи лет. После начала полномасштабного вторжения России в Украину количество дел по этой статье значительно возросло. Одно из последних громких дел об "оправдании терроризма" было возбуждено в отношении театральной режиссерки Евгении Беркович и драматурга Светланы Петрийчук. Поводом для возбуждения уголовного дела стал спектакль "Финист Ясный Сокол" Беркович. В основе его сюжета – история женщин, которые решили выйти замуж за исламских боевиков и уехать в Сирию.

По данным таможни, зависеть это будет от «характера имеющихся предметов». Например, таможенники будут смотреть — новая ли вещь или бывшая в употреблении. Это касается всех личных вещей, которые перечислены в разъяснениях Еврокомиссии, включая косметику, одежду и технику. По данным «Агентства», конфисковывать могут не только в Литве, Эстонии и Латвии, но и в Германии.

Также Литва запретила въезд на автомобилях с российскими номерами, кроме транзитного в Калининградскую область, на него дается 24 часа. Также ​​Эстония разрешила россиянам пересекать границу на мотоциклах и автобусах, но легковые автомобили всё так же под запретом. PlunderstückThis is what I would call a “Kopenhagener”, after the city Kopenhagen, København, Copenhagen etc. But it’s often kind of complicated with this kind of cannibal food. Copenhageners will probably call it “Wienerbrød” as they seem to think that Viennese bakers invented it, not Copenhageners. Or maybe they just don’t want to eat themselves. One kind of it, I think mostly with pudding in it, they curiously call “Spandauer” after the Berlin district where I grew up.

So, long story short: after two days of much work and not so much food, I needed some spontaneous food energy yesterday and quickly went in to a bakery. More like a bakery shop, where temps put the ready-delivered doughs into an oven and just have to know how to take it out when the oven goes “ding”.

When I looked at the young lady, I just assumed that she knew all the common chocolate bars from the supermarket, but had no concept of going to a bakery to buy something sweet. So I didn’t say I wanted a “Kopenhagener”, but I used the general generic term, which she would probably at least know: “Plunderstück”. “Do you mean the pudding pretzel or this nut cracker?” she asked back, and I really think that’s the end of any culture.

And, indeed: They had a sign saying "Pudding Brezel" on the "Kopenhagener". There's no similarity whatsoever between this sweet Blätterteig (what's that in English? Puff pastry?) and a salty Brezel. But seems to be the last "special bakery-word" they even know. These people probably also have words like "toot-toot" or "meep-meep" in their regular vocabulary.

I mean there's war and evil in the world as long as history goes. But that's something, no really, don't laugh, that's really where I wonder "What have we become"? No words, no thoughts, no things. This is just complete emptiness.

Hehe, I know I do like words… Just another attempt to make clear what dimensions this has: This kind of pastry has a history of probably almost 200 years. Together with its various names it survived two worldwars, fascism, communism, famines and natural disasters, industrialisation and urbanisation, even still the introduction of the computer age.

But now we have reached a level of the basement stairs where for the first time simply nothing seems to be relevant any more. People lose their words and the mental concepts with them, as well as the ability to communicate and thus the ability to act, at least potentially, collectively in a self-determined way. They become childish fools. And they don't even care about, but find it strange to mention, as they don't understand that just as well.

This may sound far-fetched, based on a stupid shop assistant and a stupid shop. But I think this is the central problem of our time. Civilisation certainly began with language, and with the loss of language comes its decline. I think that's how it is.

  1. You make a word. And you make it straight, looking into the eyes. You're making a commitment, so everyone can hold it against you. That's what you did and said. But if you have the personal size, you can later admit you were wrong, if needed.
  2. You remain in the unclear. Maybe you are just babbling in the landscape, wasting time. Or you do it with an artsy touch, where you can express what you don't understand yourself, but you just throw out something anyway. then you can't expect your word carries weight to anyone. You are like a jester.

If you mix both levels, you become sick and weak. You live for the hope to say you didn't factually say what has been understood, the person who felt addressed wasn't meant, and maybe you start to deform your perception of reality so it can seem to fit half-truths and lies. You float aimlessly on the ocean, but not to enjoy the sea. You see just anything on the horizon and sink into depression because you cannot reach it. Not "everything flows" but "everything dissolves" there.

You would have to get off the fence and set a course to reach any destination. So you could learn if it was a waste of time or worth the journey. Or else, you can decide to just look at the stars on the rocking boat. That's not bad either. But you have to make a decision. Otherwise you can't even look yourself in the eyes.

Birth of the Neoclown World Order

The #neoclowns are officially declaring the end of the “Old World Order” that began in 1989:


US Secretary of State #AntonyBlinken has claimed the world is transitioning to a new diplomatic order in which #Washington must lead the way in overcoming increasing threats from #Russia and #China.

“One era is ending, a new one is beginning, and the decisions that we make now will shape the future for decades to come,” Blinken said on Wednesday in a speech at John Hopkins University in Washington. He said the “post-Cold War order” ended as “decades of relative geopolitical stability have given way to an intensifying competition with authoritarian powers.”

Those powers are led by Russia and China, Blinken said, adding that “Russia’s war of aggression in Ukraine is the most immediate, the most acute threat to the international order.” China poses the biggest long-term challenge, he claimed, because it aspires to reshape the international order and is developing the economic, diplomatic, military and technological power to do so.

“#Beijing and #Moscow are working together to make the world safe for autocracy through their ‘no limits’ partnership,” Blinken argued. He claimed that Russia and China have framed the existing order as a “Western imposition,” but that system is, he claimed, anchored in universal values and enshrined in international law. Ironically, he also accused the two rivals of believing that big countries can “dictate their choices to others,” a charge that is increasingly made against Washington.

“When the Beijings and Moscows of the world try to rewrite – or rip down – the pillars of the multilateral system, when they falsely claim that the order exists merely to advance the interests of the West at the expense of the rest, a growing global chorus of nations and people will stand up to say, ‘No, the system you are trying to change is our system. It serves our interests,’” Blinken claimed.


One wonders who #Blinken thinks he is fooling, besides a paltry number of #Americans and #Europeans who have no ability to distinguish between the Old World Order and the #Neoclown #WorldOrder. The reality is that the “post-Cold War order” is what we know as #ClownWorld, which financially pillaged both the #USA and #Russia, as well as #Europe, #Japan, #Australia, and the #FourAsianTigers.

Now that China and Russia are standing firmly against Clown World, and have been joined by the growing number of #BRICS nations, the neoclowns are attempting to put an appealing new #spin on their #corrupt, #satanic #system.

But the old lies won’t work anymore. #Democracy is a lie. #Freedom is a lie. #HumanRights are a lie. Ideology of every kind is a collection of lies. They are all observable lies that lead inexorably to #Hell on #Earth. Babelism is #Babelism, by any name the same.

But the #nations persist. And the nations will survive, although many #states will not.

In the notes to this video there's an interview quoted, with Wayne Kramer, the guitarist on the left side (I think, with the drummer the last two still living). And he says "Kick out the Jams" was just like joking with another band to stop their jamming on stage for now them real guys are coming. Some people say, the "motherfucker" refers to an anarchist movement called "Up Against The Wall, Motherfucker" but maybe not even that.

I found interesting he talked about him and the band as "the sort of punks we are", in an interview 1970. I knew you can find the word already in Shakespeare's works, but a bit surprised how close to the thing Wayne Kramer already was in 1970.

And by the way, Fred Smith, the other MC5 guitarist, was Patti Smiths husband, and her guitarist Lenny Kaye is said to be the first person who actually related the word to music, as "punk rock" (1972 in his book "Nuggets").

Auch in diesem Jahr werden wir wieder mit einem Infostand auf dem Tag der Zivilcourage am Di., den 19.9.23 auf dem Leopoldplatz in Berlin Wedding dabei sein. Mit vielen informativen Flyern zu unsern Themen und der Möglichkeit sich selbst Buttons zu machen, wollen wir die Menschen ermuntern aktiv zu werden.

Das Bundesnetzwerk Zivilcourage (BNZC) ist Träger des Tags der Zivilcourage. Der Tag der Zivilcourage findet jährlich am 19. September statt und soll die Menschen ermutigen, sich in der Öffentlichkeit für den Schutz ihrer Mitmenschen gegen Beleidigung, Diskriminierung, Bedrohung, Rassismus, Kriminalität, Fremdenfeindlichkeit und Gewalt einzusetzen.

Yesterday I was on a train. I clicked on a link and my browser loaded a long article for me to read. Halfway through reading it, the train went into a tunnel and I lost signal.

That meant I couldn't see the images on the other half of the page for the rest of the journey. I had a sea of broken images.

Even though the page had fully loaded, the images were set to "lazy" loading. When my browser sees [img]example.jpg[/img] it defers downloading the picture until it is about to scroll into view.

There's a few reasons why this is a good thing. If I leave the page before scrolling down, the browser doesn't waste time, energy, or bandwidth downloading images which will never be seen. That's good for my battery life and cheaper for my bill. It also saves the server from flinging bits around the world which are promptly trashed1.

And yet...

It seems that every time I'm on a train - or somewhere else with spotty Internet access - I run in to a situation where I previously had plenty of bandwidth and battery, but my user-agent decided it knew best. So it didn't attempt to load images until after I lost signal.

There's no way to disable Lazy Loading on Android Chrome or Android Firefox.

So, I guess I'm stuck. Lazy loading seems like one of those things which is great in certain circumstances, but has a pretty horrible failure mode2.

Anyone else feel this way?

Potsdam (dpa). Die Ausbeutung des Planeten Erde durch den Menschen erzeugt immer größere Risiken. Einer Studie zufolge sind sechs von neun sogenannten planetaren Belastungsgrenzen bereits überschritten, zum Teil deutlich. «Die Erde ist ein Patient, dem es nicht gut geht», wird Ko-Autor Johan Rockström, Direktor des Potsdam-Instituts für Klimafolgenforschung (PIK), in einer Mitteilung des Instituts zitiert. «Wir wissen nicht, wie lange wir entscheidende Grenzen derart überschreiten können, bevor die Auswirkungen zu unumkehrbaren Veränderungen und Schäden führen.»
