I'm finding myself in an interesting place wrt all the fuckery happening everywhere. On the plus side, I'm not feeling it as deep anxiety/stress in a conscious way, like I usually do. I'm actually in decent spirits, considering how fucked we all are atm. And my usual physical symptoms (GI issues, sleeplessness) aren't really flaring.

On the other hand, I'm having some crazy autoimmune things happening. My skin is literally trying to crawl off my body.
Not to be all David Cronenberg about it, but a few days ago I was covered in patches of weird, puffy, dry skin that was falling off at an alarming rate. It was on my face, my forehead, all around one eye, my neck, one forearm, both inner thighs... Was seriously expecting to go full skin shed/devolve into goo within a week at the rate it was going.
yeah i see the third update, sorry i was quick to reply. thats wild. i have a similar thing but not nearly to that extent. its one patch on right knee thats just like a giant callous almost. but half the time it itches like crazy. if it spreads then maybe ill bother seeing a doctor. or hit you up for the name of that cream... but glad you're on the path to recovery. i think we all suffer from massive inflammation between the multiple viruses going around, all the plastics and pfas/pfoas in our bodies, water, and air. our cheap food full of more chems. i dont even know where to begin with addressing any of our problems anymore.
