Trump’s policy, however, fails on both counts. His administration’s entire tariff narrative is based on the idea that the hollowing out of US manufacturing and related import dependencies are the result of other countries — chief among them China — “ripping off” and “free-riding” on America.

qu'un économiste puisse dire ça est effrayant, la dette américaine était (est toujours même si elle a diminué de 2000 milliards de $ après cette "crise") insoutenable à terme
une adaptation progressive de l'économie ne serait possible que si l'état profond américain était d'accord, or les globalistes sont vent-debout contre tout changement, le seul moyen était donc de les mettre devant le fait accomplis... ce qui est presque réalisé
les 90 jours promis par Trump, ne sont qu'un discours, non seulement il continu de "négocier" des droits de douane pendant cette période, mais surtout en posant un droit de 10% il passe d'un droit inexistant à un droit très significatif "en attendant" les négociations...
qu'a gauche, on vante la globalisation est une incompréhension totale des forces en actions et de la puissance de la grande bourgeoisie (qu'on appelle "État profond" aux USA). Et le projet de Trump montre le genre d'opposition qu'aurait rencontré la gauche lorsqu'elle aurait fait elle même les mêmes mesures (et si elle les avait fait plus progressivement, elle n'aurait pas pu le faire du tout dans un monde globalisé)
En définitive,Porcher montre qu'il n'est pas a gauche, mais qu'il est un socialiste (un lupenprolétaire qui a renoncé à la lutte de classe)

The term refers less to skin colour than to a certain state of mind: Qallunaat greet each other with inane salutations, repress natural bodily functions, complain about being cold, and want to dominate the world. Their odd dating habits, unsuccessful attempts at Arctic exploration, overbearing bureaucrats and police, and obsession with owning property are curious indeed.
