Biowarfare hysteria went into overdrive right before news years eve 1990. Then we had covidhoax announced in Europe on new years eve 2019. 9/11 happened a couple of months before end of 2001. That then makes me think the original biological attack in NYC was likely planned for new year's eve. Which makes a lot of sense because you'd have a million mostly young people crammed into Times Square.

Decent theory but we have six million rides a day in the subway over 1 million students commute and Times Square New Years Eve is stacked to the rafters with NYPD uniform and undercover along with potpourri of Federal forces.. my best swamp instincts would nix any plan that compromises disproportionately high number of law enforcement when transit hubs would hit mostly working class civilians.

Pretty sure there is no landing strip on Plumb Island just the ferry from Orient Point.. the small fields are at Westhampton & McArthur or Block Island and small plane traffic severely restricted around NYC.. flight plans and TCA are hard core but helicopter traffic for NYPD.. news/traffic, tourist and executive commuters are common but Times Square New Years locked down like Ft Knox.. Security wise NYC qualifies as the world's 10th largest military an aerial spray seems better Hollywood script than practical plan. logistically the whole idea seems really far fetched & impractical to do by air & no clue why a truck wouldn't be a more feasible vehicle to work from.. even there we have citywide air quality monitors.. imo way too many normal security features involved for a small cabal to pull off especially at a high security event.

Crop dusters as I understand it usually capable of taking off and landing on agricultural fields and country roads. Think they're overpowered engine-wise which gives them ability to take off and climb rapidly from a fairly short flight strip.

There is a helipad there and a sign written onto the ground presumably telling potential airborne visitors to stay away. This is all speculation but none of it to me seems too far-fetched. Hillary Clinton was at the time responsible for Plum island so could've also helped make it all happen.

Crop dusters are tiny two seat planes and any good pilot can land that on a dirt strip.. my dad was WWII flyer who always had small planes & tied down at Westhanpton so it's a familiar subject but they are in outlying counties & not cleared to violate multiple TCA (terminal control area) around Laguardia, JFK & Newark.. McArthur has some allowance for small plane traffic but they are low altitude & aside from 9-11 NORAD will have a fighter off your wing in NY minute if TCA is violated.. lots of airport diner stories of planes that drifted into restricted air space & you get one warning to move or be shot down!

They're ground hugging craft which helps them evade radar detection. Even more so if they took the land route from Plum Island to Manhattan. Pilots are trained to fly 30 to 40 feet altitudes at or less than 100mph which would make them hard to distinguish from a ground based vehicle.

In terms of fuel and landing issues this would've been a one-way suicide operation so only need to plan for the flight out.

Also the speculation on my part is that this would all happen very late new years eve 2001 where most operations were down to a skeleton crew some of which would've already had a drink or two.

It's the most impractical implausible plan imaginable.. NYC never sleeps.. below radar is densely populated & impossible to get to Manhattan undetected.. we are not Bumf*ck there is constant traffic.. once TSQ crowd thins it is mostly security & sanitation working overnight moving miles of security fencing and tons of garbage.. they are not toasting they are banging overtime.. pure Hollywood to fly crop dusters from Hamptons to midtown unseen and spray anything.. made me laugh imagining those details.. j/s

We have Saudi's inexplicably training on crop dusters connected to 9/11 and we had Biden talking about pathogens dispersed by terrorists in low flying aircraft immediately before the event. I think he even specifically mentioned crop dusters himself.

So that part is not ludicrous.

I mentioned these planes are radar evading ground huggers therefore chances of early detection via radar is low. This is part of standard fighter pilot training in Europe and the entire point of it is radar evasion. Except they can't fly as low as a crop duster.

We know Plum island was a store of weaponised anthrax. We know there were questionable safety and security issue concerning the facility.

He had discussed his concerns with aides to Senator Hillary Clinton.[6] A National Labor Relations Board judge found that the contractor, North Fork Services, had discriminated against the whistleblower."

The general idea is you fly in nice and low well below the field of radar and then at the last few miles you climb into a preparation for a dive attack. It would take one to two minutes. You're now fully detected and alarms are going off everywhere but it's already too late.

I think I can plot out a viable coastal hugging route to show exactly how this can be done.

Yes we have lots of air traffic but having worked for a few spooks & been steeped in swamp paranoia about limiting vulnerabilities the best plot would involve the fewest elements of risk & fewest read in to the plan.. NYC has all the infrastructure & clearances for aerial spraying w public health claims so one drum of contents swapped would be the way to go & still possible to blame bad actor de jour.

A team of astronomers have detected what they call the most promising signs to date of a possible biosignature, or signs of past or present life linked to biological activity, on an exoplanet named K2-18b.
But the study authors, and other experts, remain cautious and have not declared a definitive discovery of life beyond our planet.

Using the James Webb Space Telescope, the team detected chemical fingerprints within the atmosphere of K2-18b that suggest the presence of dimethyl sulfide or DMS, and potentially dimethyl disulfide or DMDS. On Earth, both molecules are only produced by microbial life, typically marine phytoplankton.

K2-18b, located 124 light-years from Earth, could be a Hycean world: a potentially habitable planet entirely covered in liquid water with a hydrogen-rich atmosphere, said lead study author Nikku Madhusudhan, professor of astrophysics and exoplanetary science at the University of Cambridge’s Institute of Astronomy.

Madhusudhan and his colleagues first theorized the concept of Hycean worlds in 2021 after determining there may be liquid water oceans on K2-18b.

The planet is located within the habitable zone of its star, meaning that the world is at just the right temperature and distance from the star to host liquid water on its surface.
