@skry It is prudent to plan for worst case scenarios, which, as we are learning, are not rare. I often worry about misuse of personal medical data. My own as well as others. No good can come of it, at least for us personally.
That article mentions RFKJr's data sources will not *just* be medical records, but everything, including health trackers / smartwatches... which record HRV and REM (among other things).
According to many recent papers, low HRV is a "strong biomarker" of ASD, for both children and adults. And papers for decades have shown that REM is lower (usually around 15%) in the ASD population too.
They will be able to figure out who is autistic regardless of a formal diagnosis.

Someone named TalkWithSandy was on Chrissie Mayr's podcast Sunday talking to Kim Coulter (cousin to Ann) about how TikTok turned her child into a leftist by using cognitive warfare. But she doesn't seem to get that she sent her child to public school for 12 years where she was subjected to it eight hours a day plus homework as a captive audience. What a blind spot to have. Your child would have been resistant to social media influences had she been homeschooled - you don't get it at all. She has SMS (shallow mom syndrome).
They probably are cousins. The way their culture is, they can't/won't trust anyone outside their family so they hire family, commit crimes as family, marry other members of the family. It's like a generic mafia.
