Er sprach wörtlich davon dass "2,6 Mio Menschen in Gaza in der Todeszelle" sitzen, man sie einem "Holocaust" unterziehen sollte. Er sprach wörtlich von "Gaskammern und Eisenbahnwaggons" und verwendete noch viele weitere klar genozidale, Forderung die eindeutig als Nazi-Sprache erkennbar sind.

Er ist kein unbedeutender Fringe, sondern er gehört zu der politischen Partei, die den aktuellen Kurs in Gaza bestimmt und die von der deutschen Regierung mit Waffen und Diplomatie unterstützt wird.

Wer wie ich empört darüber ist, dass die #ARD weiterhin völlig bereitwillig Nazis & Faschisten der #noafd eine Plattform gibt, um unwidersprochen ihre Lügen zu verbreiten, kann eine #Programmbeschwerde einreichen. Das Verfahren ist ein wenig unübersichtlich, deswegen hier eine kurze Anleitung:

1. In Erfahrung bringen, wer für den gestrigen #Brennpunkt verantwortlich war: Abspann der Sendung zeigt, dass das #Hauptstadtstudio die Sendung produziert hat. This morning, I started watching the Presidential Cabinet Meeting that I missed watching when we were offline. 25 minutes in, at the VA point, I'm suddenly in tears at actually seeing my beloved country being saved and righted, or at least at the beginning off such. I never would have imagined that I'd even want to warch a Cabinet meeting, much less have happy tears at one! THANK GOD FOR HIS MERCY AND GRACE TO US!

Je ne sais pas si on devient tous un peu parano ou si nos députés ont vraiment décidé de désosser un à un tous les remparts éthiques... mais à la lecture du texte voté à l’Assemblée sur la fin de vie j’ai été saisi d'un sérieux doute.

J'ai un avis réservé sur l'euthanasie dans un pays ou les soins palliatifs sont sous-développés. J'ai un avis très tranché sur l'euthanasie pour raison psychiatrique (qui est une aberration éthique, logique, morale et médicale). J'ai également un avis très clair sur les remparts "minimaux" nécessaires.

Mais la lecture des posts de Claire Fourcade (et hier par Geneviève Henault) semble montrer que les 4 piliers éthiques et moraux sensés rendre cette loi à peu près compatible avec un minimum de sens commun ont été littéralement dégagés du texte.

AS1015 : Vérifier que le discernement du patient n’est pas altéré.

Concrètement cela veut dire qu'on pourrait accéder à l'euthanasie sans que soit garanti qu’on est en pleine possession de ses capacités, qu'on est capable de prendre une décision ?

Donc on accepte l’idée qu’un vieil homme seul, pauvre, ou dépendant puisse être “incité”, même indirectement, à choisir la mort plutôt que d’être un poids ?

On récapitule : un patient dont le discernement n'aura pas été évalué, qui aura pu subir des pressions externes, pourra se faire euthanasier par un soignant qui n'a pas envie de le faire mais sera tenu de le faire, et les gens qui auront mis la pression (au patient et au soignant) n'auront rien à craindre même si on démontre qu'ils ont mis la pression ?

Mon espoir c'est que tous ces points sont déjà “traités ailleurs dans le texte” (mais où ?) et qu'on s'excite pour rien.

L'autre hypothèse c'est qu'ils ne veulent pas de ces remparts. Et dans ce cas, ce n’est pas une loi sur la fin de vie, c’est une déconstruction éthique méthodique.

Vous imaginez ce que ça veut dire, dans un contexte de dépression, de troubles cognitifs, de perte d’élan vital, d’anosognosie ? Vous imaginez le nombre de patients qui diront “je veux mourir”, alors que tout leur cerveau crie en réalité “je suis malade, aidez-moi” ? J'ai aussi vu passer un amendement (adopté lui...) créant un délit d'entrave qui dit que quelqu'un qui essaye d'empêcher une euthanasie peut être poursuivi.
Bon courage aux hashtag#psychiatres dont c'est le boulot principal.

Les Pays-Bas et la Belgique sont en train de revenir sur certaines dérives.
Nous, on les légalise.
La mort devient une option thérapeutique parmi d'autre.
