I believe hit rate is determined by the skill that is relevant to the weapon. I think the weapon's material also has an effect on accuracy.
Also, as I said before, if you need a good way to get some early game money, look into getting a fishing rod, a sawmill and a brewery barrel. You can make bait out of bones and organs. Once you have a decent amount of bait, go fishing, put the fish you catch into the sawmill and then put the bonito flakes you get into the brewery barrels. In a few days, you'll have bonito flake wine, and those sell pretty good for early game.
Oh, by the way, if you decide to duel wield, that is a different skill and you're practically nerfing both of your weapons. Unless you're specifically going for a duel wield build, it's really best not to bother with duel wielding.

Most of you probably know of LibreOffice, which is an amazing open source project, but there is another solution, which is suitable for individuals, and professionals alike, and might just be the best choice out there for Linux, and it's called Only Office.

Onlyoffice is an open source office suite, developed by Ascensio System, a company based in Riga, in Latvia.
It's not just your basic word processor, spreadsheet and presentation modules, though. These are of course available online or offline, but you also get access to a complete CRM, a projects management module, a webmail and calendar, and a internal social network.
How do you get it ?
There are multiple ways to get access to OnlyOffice. You can download their desktop editor, which will serve as your office suite, installed on your computer. They provide it in AppImage form, which ensures that any distro will be able to make use of it. The file itself is pretty light, less than 250 Mb. You can also get a deb, and RPM, a Snap, or a flatpak, so bascially whatever distro you're using, you can get access to it.
The desktop editors only include the word processor, the spreadsheet, and the presentation module. If you want access to the whole suite, you can go with the cloud service, or self host your own OnlyOffice.
The cloud service or the self hosted version aren't free though, and will currently set you back at least 66€ per year for one user, which is in the ballpark of a Microsoft Office 365 subscription, although with less cloud storage, 20Gb instead of 1Tb, and less tools, since you don't get an equivalent to OneNote, Publisher, or Access.
What can it do ?
OnlyOffice is a very capable office suite. First, the basic modules are highly compatible with Microsoft Office documents. Compared to other options, like LibreOffice, or GOogle docs, it just handles any type of document like a champ.
OnlyOffice can also open and edit Microsoft Office autoshapes, instead of just displaying them like basic images, and inline charts and tables inside of text documents can also be edited directly from the word processor, which is a nice plus. It works with plenty of file formats, including the Open Document Format that LibreOffice uses, so you're not losing access to anything, and it can export to PDF easily.
The interface is ribbon based, like Microsoft Office, so users won't feel too lost there, and you can open multiple documents in a single window thanks to tabs on the title bar. Tabs can be dragged out of the main window if you prefer having individual windows to work with. Be careful though, you need to have the main "Desktop Editor window" opened even if there are no document located in it, which is a bit weird.
The word processor supports everything you'd expect: font and styles, paragraph formatting, margins, page numbering, equations, drop caps, find and replace... It should work for most users here.
The spreadsheet module handles functions, and formulas, sorting and filtering, and obviously allows you to create charts and format them easily. For more advanced users, macros are supported, using Javascript , so no Office Macro support here, but you can recreate them if you can handle a bit of JS.
As per the presentation module, it has a bunch of themes to get you started, handles charts, tables, equations, as well as transitions and animations, including applying those in bulk. It also has a presenter mode with notes, which is a required feature for anyone who regularly gives talks or for students.
On top of these features, onlyoffice supports document versioning, so you can always get back to an older version, you can track changes and compare documents, and accept or reject the various changes, and all these modules support online collaboration, for multi-user editing of a document.

finally. i had to remove the power steering pump, alternator, move the front frame bracket, radiator fan and coolant overflow tank, and loosen one motor mount and raise the engine, just to get to the AC compressor.
now we get to find out exactly what was wrong with this thing
it's hard to overstate how much of a pain in the ass that was. hopefully i'll replace the whole pump while i'm in there not just trying to mess with the magnetic clutch mechanism. that's a bit of a toss-up cause an old OEM denso pump even though it looks like crap could still be better than a new amazon aftermarket pump. so i'll have to see what amazon sends me tomorrow and decide
i suppose i could pay $500 for a new OEM acura compressor but i'd rather not. now that i know how to do this and all the stuck bolts are broken loose, it'll be a lot easier next time if necessary
ok so hear me out. i just realized the low bolt clearance could be related to the excessive idle vibration. there are two fluid filled engine mounts in this car and they've almost certainly leaked out by now, which could have the engine dropped in a lower position than normal, which put the AC compressor too close to the sub frame 🧠
it all makes sense now. i definitely need to change all 4 engine mounts. that should take care of the idle vibration. it's a known issue with these cars when they get old
this would also explain why there was no mention of having to raise the engine to remove the AC compressor in the service manual. i was thinking dudes did you not bother to do this procedure before writing the manual? but yes they did, they just didn't have sagging blown out engine mounts

Eine neue Recherche von +972 & Local Call über die aktuelle Kriegsführung deckt auf, dass die israelische Armee crappy Algorithmen, die auf falschen Annahmen basieren, verwendet, die angeben sollen, dass ein Nachbarschaft evakuiert sei.
Wenn der Algorithmus "grün" sagt wird bombardiert, angegriffen - auch wenn klar ist, dass dort noch jede Menschen drin sind.
Es wird dabei von einer Belegung einer Nachbarschaft mit Personen ausgegangen. Wenn anhand von Mobilfunkdaten der Algorithmus berechnet dass nur noch 0-20% der erwarteten Personen anwesend sind - "grün" genannt, wird angegriffen.
Die israelische Armee macht es sich einfach & definiert die Gebiete dann als evakuiert. Theoretische 80% weniger anwesende Menschen reichen ihnen dann völlig aus als Abschätzung. In der Realität sind meist noch jede Menge Personen vor Ort. Wo sollen sie auch hin?
»Before designating a neighborhood as “green,” the intelligence algorithm calculates the number of residents in each house according to the area’s estimated evacuation rate. If the algorithm estimates that 80 percent of residents have left, then the expected number of casualties per house is reduced by 80 percent, often without dedicating time to a detailed examination. Viele der Angriffe töteten nur Zivilisten, weil überhaupt nicht klar war ob die Zielpersonen überhaupt anwesend sind. Eine Prüfung vor dem Angriff sparte man sich weitgehend.

Ohnehin ist keine Gegend frei vom Zivilisten. Selbst in den Bereichen die die israelische Armee kontrolliert, verbleiben meist insbesondere besonders vulnerable Personen. Es gibt ja keine Evakuierungen nach der eigentlichen Definition des Wortes.

I reccomend brushing your teeth, or mouthwash to clean the stomach acid off. Try some fuids like Gatorade (electrolites) or water, if that stays down the try to eat something plain like crackers, bread or jelly to reduce stomach upset.
Also reccomend checking for a fever, or dehydration.
