Fakt ist, dass diese Klinik nach Aussage des Ministeriums real etwa 10% mehr Zuweisungen erhält als vor #Milei. Interessant ist, dass gerade in dieser Klinik nur 33% des Personals medizinisch arbeitet. Ganze zwei Drittel sind Verwaltung. Internationaler Durchschnitt ist 78%. Selbst der auch als Staatsbetrieb geführte #NHS Englands hat 82% medizinisches Personal. Deutschland liegt bei 79%. Auch der Schnitt in #Argentinien liegt nach Aussage Mileis bei rund 70%.
Das sind alles die sogenannten #Ñoquis. So nennt der #Argentinier die „Angestellten“ in #Staatsbetrieben, die nur am letzten Tag im Monat, an dem traditionell #Gnocchis gegessen werden, erscheinen, um den #Gehaltsscheck abzuholen. Da ist noch viel aufzuräumen. Würde man die Verwaltung auf ein angemessenes Niveau absenken, könnte man die Gehälter des medizinischen Personals verdoppeln.
