Von der Stadt heißt es, der Defekt sei festgestellt worden, nachdem bei der städtischen Gebäudewirtschaft vor zwei Wochen eine Störmeldung über zu hohe Temperaturen in Klassenräumen eingegangen sei. Der Austausch der Teile sei inzwischen beauftragt und solle kurzfristig erfolgen.
Nach Angaben der Stadt handelt es sich bei den Heizkörpern in den Klassenräumen um sogenannte Behördenmodelle, die über eine definierte Voreinstellung verfügen und nicht manuell bedient werden können.
