@Max_Imum One tip: You're supposed to cover the mixture (which I put in the big mason jar) LIGHTLY... because possibly this is aerobic process. Not sure , but I think. Anyway... if you cover with ceran wrap, it will suck to the glass and make a seal. So just jam a plastic straw under the loosely-fitted-ceran-wrap..... and you'll still allow air to get inside. I think it made a big difference in quality.

Now more or less a couple of bucks but amazing deal. Yes they're dinky... but for utilitarian uses like this? Gold.
