We have talked about her being close to the end and she understands it.
Asking about the hearse is something, I believe, inherent to her character. She is one who has probably never been late to an appointment.
I remind her that something needs to happen before the hearse is called and she will then smile and say "I guess you are right".

It takes a formidable person to go through the natural process like your aunt and @MMA 's mom, instead of taking the quicker self-help way. As well as the family being beside them holding their hand on the journey.
God's Grace comes through during these times and gets missed when taking a shortcut.

It is.
Her mother (my grandmother) suffered form it.
And for someone like my aunt, who is OCD, it is really heartbreaking to see her suffer from it.

You are doing the Lord's work. There is nothing easy about caretaking, especially with this kind of illness, and the last weeks are going to be really hard on you and your aunt.
May the Lord shine on you both and give you peace. And i pray for His mercy on your auntie. I pray that soon she will gently cross the bar and go to the Lord, where i know she will experience everlasting joy and have perfect health once again.
