Season pork chops with coarse salt, freshly ground pepper, and Peppercave rub. Massage the spices into the meat with balsamic vinegar. Brown on both sides in a generous amount of butter. Pour in hot broth (whatever you have, beef or chicken), put in the oven to cook through. Remove chops, reduce sauce on the stove top and thicken with heavy cream.
