Dr. cleared me to do 97% of normal activities, nothing that will jar my neck is allowed as the bones are still fusing.
Celebrated by getting a 5 egg omelette with bacon, sausage, ham, peppers, onions, potatoes, and cheese, with a side of watermelon. I'm now stuffed and probably won't eat for the rest of the day, glad that I got my 20 minute bike ride in.
After 45 yrs, and being out of shape a 20 minute ride is something. Slowly getting used to bike riding again.

Did your doctor say "cycling is go"?

Yes, just told me not to fall.
I'm currently only riding in empty parking lots till I get comfortable and more confident riding

Sorry i was kinda combative. I just worry when people get the "green light" after injury/surgery.

I can now replace the 10lb resistance bands with 30+ and get back to working out, and setting up my massage table so that I can stretch and not have to deal with getting up off the floor.
