Did your doctor say "cycling is go"?

Yes, just told me not to fall.
I'm currently only riding in empty parking lots till I get comfortable and more confident riding

Sorry i was kinda combative. I just worry when people get the "green light" after injury/surgery.

I can now replace the 10lb resistance bands with 30+ and get back to working out, and setting up my massage table so that I can stretch and not have to deal with getting up off the floor.
