It's odd to me that people talk about data centers in terms of megawatts, a measure of electric power. For one example among many, a Bloomberg article from March about Microsoft cancelling data center plans began:
Microsoft Corp. has walked away from new data center projects in the US and Europe that would have amounted to a capacity of about 2 gigawatts of electricity, according to TD Cowen analysts, who attributed the pullback to an oversupply of the clusters of computers that power artificial intelligence.
"Data center projects that...amounted to a capacity of about 2 gigawatts of electricity" is a nonsensical statement. The (technical) capacities of a data center have to do with storage, compute, transmission, and latency. I understand there's probably some Fermi calculation along the lines of converting electric power to compute capacity using the TDP of NVIDIA's latest GPUs or something like that. Nevertheless, it's misleading to speak this way, not to mention lazy. It is oversimplifying in a bad way, treating data centers as utilities that supply a commodity when that is just not the case (at least not with AI, where prices for services still fluctuate fairly wildly).
We benchmark GPUs and CPUs in a multitude of ways, including FLOPS, number of transistors (per unit space), etc. In fact performance-per-unit-of-power is one of the more important ones from a design perspective. Ignoring all the other ones in favor of a single metric that's removed from what you actually do with the device is bizarre.

I know lots of folks glaze over when they talk about mangos, but I have never felt overwhelmed by a mango. I say this as someone who has never had a truly fresh mango.

I grew up in southern Ontario, and there is nothing in the world like a fresh yellow Ontario peach. I’m not sure what the variety is, but I’ve never had it anywhere else and that flavour is the essence of peachiness to me.
Fresh tart cherries. Any kind of cherry, really, but dark black ones are my favorites.
If you don't mind the pit ( I don't, but I can see how some people would ) they're easy to eat in small or large amounts, don't need to be peeled, don't leave much of a mess or stains everywhere, and most importantly the flavor really works for my taste buds.
Whatever is truly fresh and in season: we just finished strawberries here, haskaps before that, saskatoons and raspberries are just starting, then apples. Unfortunately, ‘here’ isn’t a great fruit growing area so the list is kinda short unless I travel.
pear. random childhood memories of just living on the bizarre semi-feral pears that had been planted in fringes of the native bush reserve near our house. as neighbourhood kids we would play in the reserve for hours, and take breaks to eat pears (way before ripeness), and throw hard pears at each other in territorial wars. then later finding out about all kinds of exotic juicy ripe pears as an adult. still always hark back to a crunchy under-ripe beurre-bosc style when i see them in the supermarket.

Raspberries. They are good to very good from the shop, but picked off a (preferably wild) plant they're incredible.
To be fair, any of the wild berries round here are fantastic: raspberries, blackberries, bilberries.
Best consistent shop-bought ones are plums, but it has to be a proper, fresh English plum like Victoria, not the slightly hard imported variety that are in supermarkets all year round
for years, those were peaches and pears, and then I tried an actually ripe mango, so it was mango for years. Then I tried really ripe, nice and flavorful loquats - and got absolutely enchanted. Then, I tried ripe cherimoya - and was absolutely smitten. Now question of a favourite fruit turns me into Buridan’s ass.
So, probably my favourite fruit is just ripe. I mean, really truly at the point of best ripeness, neither overripe nor too green yet. For some fruits(mango, loquat, cherimoya, many kinds of pears or apricots, and even some apples) the difference in taste is absolutely unbelievable
