Being family friends with Bill Barr, who likely used epstein to get his political positions, including AG, also suggests he's alive.

I assume they were supposed to spring maxwell too, but that was a year after epstein died and something got fucked up, e.g. Trump didn't get reelected or springing epstein brought more heat than they thought.

She'll be out soon. I'm calling it now.

The Superman radio show devoted a remarkable percentage of its episodes to storylines involving anti-racism, anti-anti-Semitism, respect for immigrants, etc. If the president had listened to it growing up, we might all be better off. arcdigital.media/p/why-maga-ha…

Patrick Harvie added: "There is no way that Donald Trump should be welcomed to Scotland. He is a convicted felon and political extremist who has shown a complete lack of respect for human rights and democracy in America and around the world."

The Justice Department said earlier this week that Jeffrey Epstein did not maintain a client list. Here's Mother Jones' story from 2020 on what happened when journalist Leland Nally called every number in the disgraced financier's little black book, which has been circulating since 2009, when a former butler tried to sell it to lawyers representing Epstein's victims.

Makes you wonder if #McDonalds even has a #VendorManagement program or hell an #InfoSec program for that matter.

Do they even conduct #SecurityAudits of their vendors? Do they have an #ArchitectureReviewBoard for new projects and initiatives?

Why aren't baseline/ minimum #SecurityStandards spelled out in their SOWs?

None of this is rocket-science, or even that costly, but you have to be willing to put forth the effort.

#Mississippi just passed a law to restrict last-minute changes of where people's polling places.

This has been a big problem in recent years.

The power has been out all day. I have a small generator but I've been running the car and using its inverter to power up the Internet access gear, since we need it for the business. Didn't wanna listen to the generator. I run the car for a while to charge up the battery, then turn it off for a while, then run it for a bit. Works, but annoying. Since this sort of thing happens frequently here, I have all the components needed for communications plugged into one power strip. That way I can easily unplug the whole thing and plug it into an extension cord running to the car or a generator. No cell coverage here, so all communications go through the Internet.

Yeah, I designed this place to be able to have a huge PV array on the roof, but I've been waiting for 30 years for them to offer some sort of free/cheap subsidy. Clearly not gonna happen anytime soon. But the plan had been to have a utility intertie with a small on site back up. At this point I just wanna get out of rural areas.

Wired: McDonald’s AI Hiring Bot Exposed Millions of Applicants' Data to Hackers Using the Password ‘123456’

"... Carroll and Curry, hackers with a long track record of independent security testing, discovered that simple web-based vulnerabilities—including guessing one laughably weak password—allowed them to access a Paradox.ai account and query the company's databases that held every McHire user's chats with Olivia. The data appears to include as many as 64 million records, including applicants' names, email addresses, and phone numbers...."

Almost every interview I've given since October 7 has to begin with "do you condemn?" Are you out of your minds? Yeah I condemn. I condemn the aparteid state, that has been engaged in a sadistic type of genocide for almost eight decades, that's what I condemn. You want me to condemn the people that are subjected to these crimes when they stand up?

"Woven in around 1077, 11 years after the William, Duke of Normandy, conquered England, the embroidered linen is 224 feet long and 2’4″ high and is believed to have been produced in or around Canterbury. It was commissioned by Odo, Bishop of Bayeux, brother of William, so it moved to Normandy as soon as it was completed."

Former Cincinnati Children's Hospital chaplain Ayman Soliman, an Egyptian immigrant, was detained by ICE after his asylum status was revoked.

Supporters describe Soliman as a valuable member of the hospital community, providing multilingual support to families and colleagues.

Colleagues and former patients' families expressed concern for Soliman's safety if deported back to Egypt, citing fears of persecution and torture.
