Le lanceur d’alerte Olivier Marleix rappelle ainsi, que « durant les seules deux années qu’Emmanuel Macron a passé à Bercy sous la présidence de Hollande ( août 2014-août 2016) , c’est l’âge d’or des fusions-acquisitions en France, quatre entreprises françaises du CAC 40 ont été vendues à des appétits étrangers . Ce n’est pas rien: c’est 10 % du CAC 40 à ce moment là ! #Alstom est vendu à l’américain General Electric, #Alcatel à Nokia, #Lafarge à Holcim et #Technip à FMC, vente extrêmement douteuse là aussi, c’est la petite boîte qui rachète la grosse pour, trois ans après, être en « défusion »... ».

D’autant qu’il constate que parmi les financiers de la campagne présidentielle de Macron figurent des gens qui ont reçu des commissions phénoménales pour faire ces transactions, il constate par exemple l’omniprésence d’anciens et actuels cadres ou associés -gérants de la banque d’affaires #Rothschild & Co , l’ancien employeur d’Emmanuel Macron ( entre 2008 et 2012 ) . Il y a, dit-il , une dimension de trahison dans ces ventes du patrimoine stratégique de la nation łFrance. Alstom, Alcatel, Lafarge, Technip, Safran Identity, STX-Chantiers Naval, l’aéroport de Toulouse-Blagnac...Au total ce sont plusieurs dizaines de milliards d’euros d’actifs d’entreprise stratégiques français qui sont partis dans des mains étrangères.... Olivier Marleix va plus loin et affirme qu’ »un tel système peut être interprété comme un pacte de #corruption «. Olivier Marleix recevra le " Prix éthique " de l'association #Anticor , pour sa mission de président de la Commission d'enquête parlementaire sur Alstom.
Deux autres plaintes, notamment pour « prise illégale d’intérêts, « vont être déposées en février 2021,auprès du procureur de Paris et auprès du doyen des juges du tribunal judiciaire de Paris avec constitution de partie civile par la députée et ancienne ministre de l’Écologie Delphine Batho et par Anticor , l’association de lutte contre la corruption, le 21 décembre 2020 pour « corruption «.
Peu loquace, le parquet financier s’est borné à confirmer ces plaintes en précisant que sur le dossier Alstom, l’enquête diligentée par les juges du PNF ( Parquet National Financier) porte sur les infractions suivantes : corruption d’agent public étranger, corruption, trafic d’influence, prise illégale d’intérêts ». Quand les français connaîtront-ils les conclusions de ces enquêtes judiciaires? Mystère. Si la justice s’honore toujours en poursuivant les puissants , elle restera impuissante à rendre un jugement tant que Emmanuel Macron sera protégé par son immunité présidentielle .Ce livre-enquête, au cœur du macronisme, fait encore trembler l’Elysée. Je vous conseille vivement de le lire ou le relire avant d’aller voter. Vous apprendrez aussi pourquoi Hollande président de la République , qui explique que son adversaire c’est la finance , choisit-il quelqu’un qui a travaillé avec la droite et qui est banquier ? Comment il a fait entrer le loup de la finance dans la bergerie de l’Elysée? « Le traitre et le néant « c’est le titre de ce livre. Le traitre c’est Macron. Le Néant c’est le résultat de sa politique en zigzag qui a mené la France dans le vide , dans le néant , négation radicale de la totalité de l’existant et des acquis sociaux de l’Ancien monde . Early evening Thursday, and I'm exhausted and sore, but satisfied at the amount of work accomplished that got me this way. I spent 3 solid hours this morning, from 08:00 till 11:00, mowing the front yard and hauling big branches from my staging area in the back yard where I keep such things, out to the front yard near the curb where the city will haul them away on a special “brush collection day” next week.
While I was mowing, took the time to briefly chat with the young neighbor next door and compliment him on his new lawnmower.
And the adventure continues.
