Das Problem ist ja eher, dass #Spahn kein Dilettant ist. Er ist auch nicht dumm. Als dumm oder dilettantisch wäre er nicht dahin gekommen, wo er jetzt ist.
Er ist oportunistisch und dissozial, vielleicht sogar sozio- oder psychopathisch. Eigenschaften, die er mit einer großen Anzahl an der aktuellen Regierung beteiligten Personen teilt.
Dilettantismus klingt nach unabsichtlicher Unfähigkeit. Es ist aber Vorsatz.

Bin selber queer und weiß um die Besonderheiten und Wünsche die es so gibt und achte darauf entsprechend rücksichtsvoll mit allen umzugehen und auch eher herausfordernde Wünsche wie zum Beispiel das niemand erkennbar ist umzusetzen. 😀

Wie u.a. durch den Bericht der Sonderermittlerin Sudhof deutlich wurde, verhandelte Tandler als Lobbyistin für die kleine Firma Emix direkt mit Spahn über Geschäfte mit Corona-Schutzmasken. Emix bekam sehr günstige Konditionen eingeräumt, der Deal wurde für den Bund sehr teuer.
Mit dem Urteil des BGH ist nun die Frage der Versteuerung der Multimillionen-Provisionen geklärt, sogar mit einem Teilerfolg für Tandler. Politisch aufzuarbeiten bleibt aber weiterhin, warum es überhaupt zu dem Deal in dieser Form kam und welche Verantwortung Spahn dafür übernehmen muss.
Andrea Tandler galt als Gesicht der Gier in der Maskenaffäre. Sie kassierte 48 Millionen an Provisionen und hinterzog Steuern. Nach dem Urteil in letzter Instanz dürfte ihr der Weg ins Gefängnis wohl nicht mehr erspart bleiben.
"Den größten Batzen, Masken für 540 Millionen Euro, kaufte Spahn bei Emix noch zu einer Zeit ein, als der Bund längst mit Maskenangeboten überschwemmt worden war, noch dazu zu einem Preis, der höher lag als andere Angebote, die der Bund kurz vorher abgelehnt hatte", so der Spiegel.
Angebahnt wurde dieser für Emix und Tandler besonders vorteilhafte Deal demnach von der Strauß-Tochter Monika Hohlmeier, die für die CSU im EU-Parlament sitzt. Sie soll den Kontakt zu Spahn für ihre Freundin Tandler hergestellt haben. Hohlmeier bestreitet, dafür Geld erhalten zu haben.
Diese und andere Entscheidungen von Spahn mit Milliardenschaden für die öffentlichen Haushalte müssen weiter aufgeklärt werden und Spahn Verantwortung übernehmen. postmarketos/linux on phones is cool, but it may not be very stable, you may be unable to use the bank app that they are requiring you to use for some stupid reason, etc. well, mayu never tried daily driving a linux phone, so its not sure like, mayu would carry an android spare just in case, but if you can afford just one phone then not sure if its worth the risk

I think there’s a small exception to this. George Washington in his farewell address, warned that political parties could subvert the checks and balances of the constitution which was designed around checking and balancing individual behavior.
He made the observation that loyalties to a party priorities would render checks and balances inert.

Today in Labor History July 11, 1947: the Exodus 1947 left France for Palestine carrying 4,500 Jewish Holocaust survivors with no legal immigration certificates for Palestine. The British boarded the ship in international waters and sent the Jews to refugee camps in Europe. Over 100,000 Jews tried to illegally immigrate to Palestine as part of Aliyah Bet. More than half of these immigrant ships were stopped by British patrols, with most of the Jews (roughly 50,000) being sent to internment camps in Cyprus, Palestine, and Mauritius. Over 1,600 of them drowned at sea and only a few thousand reached Palestine. Of the 64 vessels that sailed in the Aliya Bet, Exodus 1947 was the largest, with 4,515 passengers. Many historians believe that the ordeal of the Exodus 1947 played a major role in building international sympathy for the plight of Holocaust survivors and support for a Jewish state in Palestine.
The Jewish paramilitary group, Haganah, bought the Exodus 1947 for Aliyah Bet activities from a wrecking yard precisely because of its dilapidated and dangerous condition. They believed that the British would see the danger to its passengers and allow it through their blockade. However, the British boarded the ship anyway and a battle ensured. An American Jew was clubbed to death. Two passengers died from gunshots and several British sailors were hospitalized. And the passengers were deported. In retaliation, the militant Zionist groups Irgun and Lehi blew up Central Police HQ in Haifa on September 29, 1947. Ten people died and 54 were injured, including 33 Brits, 4 Arab policemen, an Arab woman and a 16-year-old were killed.
