Pharmacists don't like it but I got pulmonary and cardio thoracic surgeon docs to order it. It liquifies the secretions to be able to cough them out easier. And I've used it myself. The key is to stay hydrated enough to actually hydrate the secretions.
And my allergy guy recommended it for my sinus infection years ago. Helped immensely since sudafed drives me crazy at night. He ordered a combo but I don't like combo meds so I did them separately.

It’s a bit cheaper here during the summer using gas. We usually get a decent spring and fall where we don’t need heating or cooling. The ac costs during the summer can get pretty brutal though.

At some point I wanted to send the patches to oneric, which made those changes in akkoma, but his email in git history is an invalid stub, his one fedi account that federated here has been inactive for months and I'm not making an account on the Akkoma Gitea instance just to send them fixes.
But yes, instead of pulling changes and valid fixes, they implement federation breaking features instead in the name of safety. With their new unreleased version, they will lie to you if a post exists, if you are defederated by that remote instance.

@niavy @Pngt Le logiciel de mastodon convertit certains formats, limite la taille et enlève les données exif donc il y a certaines manipulations hors du contrôle de la personne qui poste. Si le problème n'existe qu'avec les photos prises (et pas des images d'autre provenance) le problème est probablement à chercher du côté de l'appareil photo et du format de sortie
@Killer_Mule thanks. Wish I had more. I LOVE bell pepper of all colors in my eggs. I buy fresh "fajita mix" at wally so it's already sliced up. Makes it much easier to prep breakfast. I need to get other stuff so I can improve my breakfasts.
@Killer_Mule mine aren't frozen. I get these. Not exactly farm fresh but it works for me. I tried the frozen pepper and onion mix. Hard to sauté them. All the ice just ends up steaming them and they don't get tanned or grilled like I enjoy them
