After purchase they can sell land to a housing developer or solar panel company at full development value. The Bill also gives compulsory purchase rights to acquire land for nature.
This is not a level playing field for farmers and food growers. They will be forced to sell at low value, but the purchaser (often a local council) will be able to sell at full value. This is fundamentally wrong on so many levels.
