Si les combats se poursuivent sur le terrain en Ukraine, il semble bien que l’on soit un tournant de cette guerre. L’Occident essaie de pousser Zelinsky à la négociation ce qu’il semble accepter. Il a reconnu l’échec de la contre-offensive et se résigne à la perte du Donbass et de la Crimée. Va-t-il être débarqué au profit de son chef d’état-major ? En tout cas pour négocier il faut être deux, et manifestement ce n’est pas l’intention des Russes. Pour eux toute négociation consistera à imposer leurs conditions.
