Incredible: if you voice-dictate a message about adult chuck-e-cheese alternative Dave & Busters into iMessage, it gets flagged as a potential hacking attempt by the other iMessage client and never arrives. Because the voice-to-text detects it as a known phrase with a special typography (with the "&", not "and"), but the substitution is happening at the wrong layer and so it gets encoded as a raw '&' in the message HTML rather than an '&'. The other end correctly detects malformed HTML and panics.

Presumably, you could also run into this problem with other brands such as Simon & Schuster.

#postmarketOS has a new installer for laptops and tablets! 🎉

You can find images at postmarketos.org/download. Currently only pre-built images exist for Lenovo X13s and Generic x86_64, but it's easy to enable building images for other devices if there's enough interest!

It uses os-installer[1] on GNOME desktop, and is intended to be booted from USB disk to install pmOS onto local storage 🔥

Every day, 1 to 2 white victims are murdered by black racists
The total is about 520 to 540 black-on-white homicides every year.

I should not read these lists, they just get me really angry about how unbelievably evil, stupid and racist people can be, as all these crimes are committed intentionally to cause pain and suffering, as they murder little children, young girls, women, elderly people, any easy target.

Take the case of that grandmother who was dragged behind her own car after a bunch of black teens stole it. The teens were dancing and laughing in court during their trial. That black woman who murdered a 3 year old boy for no reason? Laughing and smirking in court like it had been a fabulous joke!
