HEMA tournament in Poznan, Poland that happened just this weekend. this has a lot of people in HEMA questioning the safety standards of our fencing jackets and bringing back the old argument over whether to add a rubber tip or not to the end of the sword point.

Same word in german and english texts. Basically in my opinion nothing wrong. We do not write texts for the purpose of not expessing something we do want to express. It's a problem even in political discussions. Here in germany we do have strong words for things - if they where used in Nazi-context, it could be, even a far left may use it without knowing this context. Here we do have some problems to make emphasized words. But basically "Emphase" is also needed in context of discussions.
