Good dishwashers have a heating element on the bottom. . It turns on and dries the dishes in a cloud of steam. There is also a button on mine that's for high heat (sanitize) that I leave on. This ensures that the dishes get completely dry.

i guess best would be to let people decide and don't force them i like both aspects but i most often enjoy work from home due to the fact of my kids seeing them beeing around and not only in the evenings. When an office is properly organized (i.e. not a huge noisy open-plan with 50+ people not even remotely associated with the project you're working on), I much prefer going there to do the work, and actually meeting people regularly(!), instead of rearranging my apartment to fit job needs in addition to everything else a home is supposed to be.
