Access homeserver through VPN + route traffic with mullvad?

First: I've tried Tailscale, for some reason it works awful for me so I'm avoiding that option if possible.

I am trying to have a single server that has a VPN port exposed to connect to it, but routes traffic through a comercial VPN (mullvad ideally) to privately share my linux ISOs. So far I haven't been able to achieve this, it sees I can't use the VPN server (wg-easy) + VPN (mullvad gui), only the one that start first work.

Has anybody achieve something like this?

I Tried Pre-Ordering the Trump Phone. The Page Failed and It Charged My Credit Card the Wrong Amount
The website failed, went to an error page, and then charged my credit card the wrong amount of $64.70. I received a confirmation email saying I’ll receive a confirmation when my order has been shipped, but I haven’t provided a shipping address or paid the full $499 price tag. It is the worst experience I’ve ever faced buying a consumer electronic product and I have no idea whether or how I’ll receive the phone.


I look forward to learning more about how terrible these phones turn out.

Si c'était ça qui était inscrit sur la pancarte, peut-être que davantage de gens se rendraient compte que l'idée est absurde et irrespectueuse pour la catégorie de personnes désignée. Mais il ne s'agit que d'hommes niant la réalité de l'existence des filles et des femmes, alors ça va, c'est progressiste, ça s'appelle transidentité et la quasi-totalité de la gauche y adhère fanatiquement.

  1. Il est impossible de devenir un type d'organisme sexué que tu n'es pas.
  2. Pour qu'un homme (un mâle humain) « devienne » une « fille », il faut que le terme « fille » ne renvoie plus à la réalité matérielle (et immuable) du sexe, mais à autre chose, à quelque chose de performatif, à des stéréotypes (comportementaux, esthétiques et autres). Dans tous les cas, c'est absurde et sexiste.
  3. En niant la réalité du sexe, en redéfinissant n'importe comment le sens des termes « fille » et « femme », les illuminés du mouvement trans pissent sur la logique, vomissent sur la raison, nient l'existence des filles et des femmes, l'existence d'inégalités ou d'injustices entre les sexes, les origines et les mécanismes du patriarcat, de la domination masculine, et les raisons d'être du féminisme.
  4. L’homme qui publie ça est apparemment sous traitement hormonal féminisant depuis 4 ans. (Ces gens nient que « fille » ou « femme » renvoient au sexe, mais suivent des traitements afin d’obtenir des caractères sexuels artificiels typiques du sexe féminin.) On dispose aujourd’hui d’un certain nombre d’études qui suggèrent assez nettement que ce type de traitement a des effets très délétères sur la santé. Qui aurait pu le prévoir ? Que ces gens se bousillent la santé, quelque part, c’est leur problème. Mais que les coûts écologiques, sociaux et économiques de leurs traitements soient payés par d’autres, ça, c’est indécent.

El president de la Generalitat, Salvador Illa, ha felicitado a Glovo por su décimo aniversario en un acto celebrado por la compañía en el que el jefe del Govern ha bendecido el cambio de modelo laboral anunciado por la empresa, inmersa en plena crisis judicial por los falsos autónomos con los que ha operado desde su fundación.

“He venido aquí para acompañar [a Glovo] en esta nueva etapa, porque las empresas tienen que crecer, pero respetando la normativa vigente”, ha manifestado el president en un acto que ha contado con la presencia del líder de UGT, Pepe Álvarez, y el exresponsable de CCOO en Catalunya, Javier Pacheco.

Illa ha arropado a Glovo por su décimo aniversario en un momento en el que la compañía no pasa por su mejor momento judicial debido a su modelo laboral basado en los falsos autónomos. El fundador de la empresa, Óscar Pierre, está imputado por un delito contra los derechos de los trabajadores, mientras que este martes arrancará en un juzgado mercantil de Barcelona el juicio contra la empresa por competencia desleal.

En su intervención, Pierre ha tildado la contratación del personal como “un cambio inédito” para “abrir un nuevo capítulo donde no haya conflicto” tras la querella de la Fiscalía y las sucesivas multas de Inspección de Trabajo.

Por su lado, Illa ha defendido el “progreso tecnológico al servicio del bien común y del interés general”, y ha pedido “que la tecnología respete los derechos de todo el mundo”. “Muchas felicidades, y a vuestro lado”, ha concluido el president.

Los falsos autónomos en los que se ha sustentado Glovo desde su fundación han traído una cascada de pleitos a la empresa de Pierre. Primero fueron los laborales, tras los que durante un lustro de juicios por toda España el Supremo sentenció que los riders de la compañía de Pierre debían contratarse como empleados.

Ahora han llegado sendos casos en la vía mercantil y la penal. Just Eat, que sí tiene a los repartidores contratados como empleados, reclama a Glovo 295 millones de euros en este juicio por competencia desleal, mientras que el importe en cotizaciones impagadas y multas de la Inspección de Trabajo asciende a 200 millones. Además, está la causa por un delito contra los derechos de los trabajadores contra Pierre.

A los pleitos en España hay que sumar la multa de 329 millones de euros que la Comisión Europea impuso hace unas semanas a Glovo y Delivery Hero por vulnerar las reglas de competencia de la Unión Europea al establecer un 'cártel' de la comida a domicilio.

En el plano político, la presencia de Illa en la celebración de los 10 años de la empresa supone un apoyo que contrasta con la manifiesta oposición a las prácticas laborales de la empresa que ha encabezado el Ministerio de Trabajo de la vicepresidenta y líder de Sumar, Yolanda Díaz, tanto en la etapa anterior a la sentencia del Supremo sobre los riders como en las posteriores campañas de inspección por vulnerar la nueva ley.

La presión de la Inspección de Trabajo y de la Justicia provocó que, en la víspera de la declaración como imputado de Pierre el pasado mes de diciembre, la compañía anunciara que ponía fin a su modelo de repartidores falsos autónomos. Finalmente, según la propia compañía, el cambió será definitivo el próximo 1 de julio.

Jusqu'au mois dernier, les Palestiniens de Cisjordanie conservaient leurs certificats de propriété foncière au cas où leurs terres seraient revendiquées par l'État israélien ou par des colons israéliens. Mais une récente décision du gouvernement israélien a ouvert l'enregistrement de leurs terres en Cisjordanie à tous, y compris aux colons, obligeant les Palestiniens à demander la reconnaissance de leur propriété foncière par l'État israélien, sous peine de voir la propriété de leurs terres transférée aux mains d'Israël.

Plus tôt ce mois-ci, le gouvernement israélien a approuvé la reprise du processus d'enregistrement foncier pour les terres de la zone C de Cisjordanie, après des décennies de gel. Cette décision a de graves conséquences pour la propriété foncière palestinienne sur ce qui constitue 60 % de la Cisjordanie, car elle met fin au traitement des terres palestiniennes de la zone C comme territoire occupé, les considérant désormais comme faisant partie d'Israël.

Comment l'enregistrement foncier a commencé:
Dans les accords postérieurs aux accords d'Oslo entre Israël et l'Autorité palestinienne dans les années 1990, les terres de Cisjordanie ont été classées en zones A, B et C. La zone A comprend les villes centrales, où l'Autorité palestinienne exerce un contrôle civil et sécuritaire, mais où les forces israéliennes pénètrent régulièrement pour arrêter des Palestiniens. La zone B comprend les zones urbaines des villes et villages, où l'Autorité palestinienne n'exerce qu'un contrôle civil, mais aucune présence sécuritaire, car l'armée israélienne contrôle ces zones. La zone C, qui représente plus de 60 % de la Cisjordanie, comprend les meilleures terres arables, les meilleures ressources en eau, les frontières et les sommets des collines. C'est sur ces terres qu'Israël progresse dans ses colonies depuis des décennies.

Dans les premières années qui ont suivi les accords d'Oslo, l'Autorité palestinienne, récemment créée, a pris en charge l'enregistrement foncier dans les zones A et B, mais son administration a également délivré des titres de propriété en zone C, bien qu'elle n'y ait aucun contrôle ni présence. Pour Israël, l'enregistrement des terres palestiniennes en zone C est resté gelé, et ces terres sont restées sous administration et ordres militaires israéliens.

Ce que la décision signifie juridiquement:

La récente décision du gouvernement israélien de reprendre l'enregistrement des terres en zone C rend tous les titres de propriété foncière de l'AP « nuls et non avenus ». Cela signifie que les propriétaires palestiniens de terres en zone C ne disposent d'aucune preuve légale de leur propriété auprès des autorités israéliennes, à l'exception de leurs anciens titres jordaniens, qui, dans bien des cas, n'incluent pas les générations suivantes d'héritiers. Cela signifie que l'ensemble du processus est automatiquement repoussé de plusieurs décennies pour les Palestiniens.

Mais cette décision a également une profonde implication politique, car les terres palestiniennes ne sont plus traitées par Israël comme des terres administrées militairement, comme elles le sont depuis 1967. Au lieu de cela, Israël place l’enregistrement de la propriété foncière entre les mains d’organismes gouvernementaux civils, ce qui constitue en soi une mise en œuvre pratique de l’annexion.

Plus important encore, cela ouvre la porte à la légalisation du contrôle des #colons israéliens sur ces terres.
« Les Palestiniens sont désormais obligés de prouver leur propriété légitime de leurs terres devant les tribunaux israéliens, qui sont eux-mêmes partiaux », a déclaré à Mondoweiss Abdallah Hammad, directeur du plaidoyer au Centre d'aide juridique de Jérusalem (JLAC) .

« La plupart des terres en Cisjordanie sont des terres privées dont les propriétaires disposent de documents jordaniens prouvant qu'ils ont acquitté des impôts fonciers, mais ils n'avaient pas encore finalisé l'enregistrement de leur propriété au moment de l'occupation de 1967 », a expliqué Hammad.

« L'occupation limitant l'accès aux terres de la zone C et limitant l'économie agricole palestinienne, dévaluant ainsi la valeur économique de ces terres, celles-ci peuvent désormais être déclarées d'utilité publique. Il existe également des terres qui étaient déjà des terres domaniales sous le gouvernement jordanien et qui sont donc des terres publiques. Mais elles n'appartiennent pas juridiquement à l'État israélien. »

Hammad a expliqué que la principale différence apportée par cette nouvelle décision est qu'elle ouvre la voie à l'enregistrement des terres inutilisées et des terres domaniales jordaniennes comme terres domaniales israéliennes. « Avant cette décision, le gouvernement israélien déclarait une terre “d'usage public”, et le propriétaire palestinien s'opposait à cette déclaration devant les tribunaux israéliens », a expliqué Hammad. « Mais désormais, les terres sans titre de propriété privé récent ou entrant dans la catégorie des “terres publiques” seront enregistrées comme terres domaniales israéliennes, ce qui facilitera leur utilisation pour l'expansion des colonies et la légalisation des avant-postes coloniaux. »
« C’est une annexion qui se déroule sous nos yeux », a souligné Hammad.

Des décennies de colonisation
Pour les Palestiniens, la décision du gouvernement israélien signifie que les espoirs de sauver leurs terres sont devenus plus lointains.

« Nous avons gardé l’espoir de protéger nos terres jusqu’à ce qu’une solution politique soit trouvée, mais maintenant il semble que le seul scénario possible soit la perte totale de nos terres », a déclaré à Mondoweiss un propriétaire foncier palestinien de la ville de Taybeh, à l’est de Ramallah, qui a demandé à ne pas être nommé.

« Quand j'étais enfant, nous cultivions les terres à l'est de la ville, surplombant la vallée du Jourdain, comme nos pères l'avaient fait pendant des siècles », se souvient-il. « Nous alternions entre la culture du blé une année et celle d'autres céréales comme les pois chiches et les lentilles l'année suivante. Ma famille produisait trois tonnes de blé, dont nous tirions notre pain, car tout le pain que nous consommions provenait de ces terres, et le reste nous l'échangeions contre d'autres produits ou le vendions. »

« Après 1967, notre travail agricole a diminué, car nos produits ont perdu beaucoup de valeur et nous ne pouvions plus vivre de la terre. Beaucoup ont commencé à travailler en Israël comme ouvriers du bâtiment, tandis que d'autres, comme moi, ont poursuivi leurs études à l'étranger », a-t-il expliqué.

« Durant cette période, des familles bédouines de la vallée du Jourdain ont commencé à utiliser nos terres pour y faire paître leurs animaux et y vivre, ce qui nous a permis de les protéger de la confiscation par les autorités israéliennes, notamment après leur classement en zone C dans les années 1990. Nous avons également poursuivi les démarches d'enregistrement auprès de l'Autorité palestinienne et obtenu nos titres de propriété, pensant que cela nous aiderait à prouver notre propriété », a souligné le propriétaire.

Le gouvernement israélien a désormais déclaré ces titres de propriété de l'Autorité palestinienne sans valeur. Mais ce processus n'a commencé qu'en octobre 2023. L'habitant de Taybeh a expliqué que les autorités israéliennes considéraient déjà les titres de propriété de l'Autorité palestinienne comme secondaires depuis de nombreuses années.

« En 2020, des colons israéliens ont établi un petit avant-poste sur nos terres à l'est, classées en zone C, et ont commencé à y faire paître des vaches, repoussant ainsi les Bédouins », explique le propriétaire de Taybeh. « Lorsqu'un groupe de propriétaires, dont moi-même, est allé soutenir les Bédouins et a emporté nos titres de propriété, la police israélienne sur place nous a dit que nos titres de propriété palestiniens étaient inutiles et que nous devions en obtenir de nouveaux. C'était il y a cinq ans déjà. »

En novembre 2020, l'Administration civile de l'armée israélienne avait conseillé au gouvernement israélien d'ouvrir l'enregistrement des propriétés foncières en zone C de Cisjordanie. Le quotidien israélien Israel Hayom rapportait alors que l'ancien chef des colonies israéliennes avait décrit ce conseil de l'Administration civile comme « un moyen d'imposer la souveraineté israélienne sur toute la Cisjordanie, et pas seulement sur la vallée du Jourdain ». Le média israélien avait décrit cette proposition comme « l'étape la plus importante pour légaliser les colonies », ce qui aurait « des conséquences dramatiques sur le conflit foncier entre Palestiniens et colons israéliens, en faveur des colons ».

« Les conséquences de cette décision laissent entrevoir un avenir très sombre », a déclaré Abdallah Hammad du JLAC. « Cela bouleversera la situation comme jamais auparavant, car ce ne seront plus les colons israéliens qui exigeront la légalisation de leurs avant-postes. Ils seront légalisés presque immédiatement, tandis que les Palestiniens seront traités comme des étrangers, contraints de justifier leurs revendications sur les terres de leurs familles et de leurs ancêtres. »

« Quand j'entends des gens parler du risque d'annexion, je leur dis : c'est une #annexion. Elle a déjà commencé et elle progresse. »

« La plupart des terres de notre ville se trouvent en zone C », a souligné le propriétaire de Taybeh. « Elles portent un nom. Elles sont présentes dans nos chansons, nos traditions, nos souvenirs. Nos familles ont vécu de ces terres pendant des générations, et tout cela leur est refusé. »

« Nous nous accrochons à nos terres depuis des décennies, espérant protéger nos droits, mais aujourd'hui, nous avons le sentiment que tous nos espoirs ont été vains », a-t-il ajouté. « Nous avons le sentiment que nous allons perdre nos terres sous les yeux du monde entier

@adam re MAID in Canada. Here in BC hospitals are incentivized to save money because they are given all their budget at the beginning of the financial year and they have to make it last. So if you get someone to MAID themselves instead of slowly dying in a hospital bed the Hospital comes out ahead.
