Bueno... Aquí les dejo el pantallazo de mi partición con Parabola GNU/Linux-libre, el cual lo he dejado finalmente bien configurado con el dual-boot con Windows 11 IoT Enterprise LTSC.
Por cierto, aquí les dejo la info en la que funciona el WiFi con la tarjeta de red inalámbrica Realtek RTL8188CE sin problemas, ya que la Intel Centrino Advanced N-6205 si bien tiene soporte de WiFi de doble banda, tiene la misma situación que mi Redmi 5 Plus al estar limitado a un ancho de banda de 200 Mbps, cuando el ancho de banda real es de 600 Mbps, sumado al hecho que dicha tarjeta WiFi de Intel en GNU/Linux requiere de firmware privativo para funcionar (ojo, la conexión es por DHCP, por lo que reinicio la laptop y la conexión usa IP's dinámicas).
Por el lado de la reinstalación de Windows 11, cero problemas. Sólo me generó la partición de respaldo y del recovery, por lo que la partición EFI me la respetó, además de poder finalmente ser capaz de actualizar el GRUB mediante UEFI para que así pudiera reconocer el arranque de Windows 11 (en esquemas de particiones EFI, Windows es usualmente etiquetado como "Windows Boot Manager" por parte del asistente de instalación de Windows).
Y por si fuera poco, en GNU/Linux, la lectura y la predictibilidad de la autonomía de la batería en el caso del ThinkPad está muchísimo mejor trabajada que en la HP Mini 110-3712la.

Edit: I'm using Linux Mint on my main PC. I like it, but haven't tried it on the Surface yet.
Just this weekend I took an old Gen 1 Surface Go and put the latest Fedora on it and it's amazing, very intuitive for touch screens. Tried Mint before and it gave me enough issues that I didn't use that Tablet at all for almost a year.
Edit to clarify, I run Mint on my desktop and love it, just didn't really work well on my old Surface Go.
Just wanted to chime in and say I personally found Gnome thoroughly underwhelming for a touch screen. Like you'd think it's a good fit but it's just janky in practice. I've had much better success with KDE. In the Plasma 6.4.0 changelog they specifically mentioned that they have touch based devices in mind. I feel like with Gnome it's more of an afterthought.
