I just had to do a power reset on a ThinkPad T490s laptop.
It was not turning on with just battery and not being plugged in with the power adapter. It would turn on if I plugged the charger in. The battery had a charge.
I took the back plate off, disconnected the battery. Held the hidden power reset button in for thirty seconds, then held the power button down for thirty seconds. Plugged the internal battery back in.
Now it turns on when power button is pressed while not plugged into a charger.

I mean honest to god, I think the Israelis would rather lose the war they started with Iran than to stop genociding Palestinians for a single day.
Their intention in Iran was obvious: start a war they had no means of finishing and obligate the USA to come in on their side.
They cannot invade and conquer Iran and they do not have the bombs that can hit the primary targets there. Therefore they have no way to actually win that war, aside from using nukes.
Israel is getting itself overextended and has already burned most of its international support. The USA is the main thing they have left.

I think you may want to have a chat with the American intelligence agencies and set them straight, as that's what they've been doing for the last 70 years or so.
