Likely overkill/not as performant as could be for a static site but let me know if you’d like to take this as an opportunity to play with Kitten and see how it holds up. Deployment would be via git push to your repo and I can set you up on a small-web.org subdomain and you can then point whatever domain you want to it from Kitten’s settings. Again: (a) won’t be as performant as a fine-tuned static site server, (b) not sure how it’ll hold up under load but willing to test it if you are. Will repost your post anyway so others can suggest perhaps more suitable options 😀
(One positive would be if you ever wanted to add server-side functionality, Kitten makes it very simple to layer it on with basic JS and even includes an in-process JS database.)

Mein Gefühl sagt: Stadt: 500.000 aufwärts Großstadt: 5 Millionen aufwärts ...und mindestens in Europa, Nordamerika und Teilen von Asien gilt für mich der Grundsatz: Wenn es keine U-Bahn hat, ist es auch keine Stadt.

Weil in vielen Ländern die Einstufung als “Stadt" mit dem Anspruch auf bestimmte Infrastrukturversorgung einhergeht (weiterführende Schulen, Spital, etc.), wird die Anerkennung of verschleppt, bis hin zu komplett absurden Situationen, in denen Gebiete rund um Megastädte, die längst von diesen geschluckt worden sind, formal immer noch als “rural" gelten. Satelliten-basierte Schätzungen gehen davon aus, dass der tatsächliche Urbanisierungsgrad in Afrika bei 80% liegt statt der offiziellen ~50%. nujo, wir sind hier z.B. 60000 und haben Rathaus, Kreishaus, einige Kirchen, mehrere Schulen, Supermärkte, Fußgängerzone mit Kaufhäusern, kleines bissl Industrie am Stadtrand, Buslinien, Bahnhof,... Das ganze Gedöns qualifiziert den Ort wohl als Stadt. Großstadt wäre Quatsch, aber Dorf ist es auch nicht mehr. Vielleicht Kleinstadt? 🤔
Ne, muss da echt wiedersprechen. Wohne in ner Stadt knapp unter 100 000 und für mich ist es eine Stadt weil der öffentliche Nahverkehr und die Infrastruktur so ausgelegt ist, dass ich unabhängig von einem Auto lebe und arbeite. Wäre es ein Dorf dann bräuchte ich ein Auto für meine Einkäufe und reisen, Arbeit, aber das brauche ich nicht. Das es eine kleine Stadt ist werde ich nicht bestreiten, aber rein infrastruktur technisch ist es auf jeden Fall kein Dorf. Die läden haben bis 21/22 Uhr geöffnet. In nem Dorf ist da spätestens 18 Uhr Sense wenn nicht sogar früher. Und für mich ist alles über 1 Mio einwohner zu groß und unangenehm. Hat zwar noch bessere öffentliche Anbindung und Infrastruktur, aber kommt auch mit ganz vielen Nachteilen für mich persönlich.
Hmm, dann können wir den Begriff "Großstadt" für Deutschland komplett streichen.
Ich denke, wir haben mit "Metropole" oder "Mega-City" durchaus noch Optionen nach oben. Alles unter 100.000 Einwohner als "Dorf" zusammenzufassen, empfinde ich als sehr einseitig. Dann gibt es ganze Landstriche, die keine Städte haben.

I just seriously doubt that vaping helped you to quit.
