Here's a solution...allow both regulated and unregulated at the same time. Don't criminalize unregulated, but allow producers to opt into a system that lets customers know the gummies they're getting are not random shit with god knows what in it.

Unknown parent • • •@Max_Imum We can move on to tomatoes as soon as you deal with the product I posed. I tend to agree with you on most of what you're saying but then there's this pesky alcohol example that you can't address without a bunch of hemming and hawing about vegetables.
Alcohol is widely regulated (too much in many cases) but none the less, it's available everywhere and at a variety of prices. How is that possible if all regulation is bad?
