Des informations confirmées par le Président américain : « I don’ know what the fuck they’re doing », a-t-il déclaré ce mardi midi.

The killing of Mohammad, a 16-year-old Palestinian boy, who was shot dead by Israeli forces while seeking food aid in northern Gaza. The account comes from his uncle Mo, an NHS consultant surgeon who has worked in the UK for 20 years.

[…] People are completely desperate so they do risk their lives to go and get some food for their families, but then they die. He’s only a little story of thousands of other stories of people like that – just extermination.

Things that give me hope:

Abused and neglected animals can not only learn to trust again, but become outrageously goofy and loyal companions, just from a little love and compassion.

Abused and neglected humans can and often do this too, and choose to raise their offspring better than they were raised.

Add to the list anything that sparks hope and joy for you, no matter how small.

What the fuck is wrong with rich people that they act confused when regular people hate their ostentatious displays of wealth?

Like, I don't care whether Bezos's wedding is as "respectful" of Venice or not, and I don't think people protesting care either. It's not about the disruption—protests will cause more disruption—it's about the audacity of Bezos to think people wouldn't pelt him with rotten eggs if they got the chance.

uspol violence narrative

Of course fuck the Democrats/DNC but the thing that infuriates
me is my liberal friends fall for this. AND THEN YELL AT ME
for being too progressive.

And they are right back at it. Supporting and even worse FOLLOWING
the lead of the Dem/DNC BS machine.

I don't know the answers and I am always ready to be shown
I'm wrong, but one thing I strongly believe is:

Things don't change w/o friction.
Things don't change without getting in someone's way.
I think this is why there is all of this new "non violence" rhetoric.
When did that become a thing? I think it is just another way for
liberals to tell progressive or more left people they are "going too far".
Fuck that shit.

violence is another word for friction.

even MLK and Ghandi were "violent", it's just that they suffered the
violence. So this no violence feels like just a narrative to stifle change.
You can't make an ommellte w/o breaking some eggs or something like
that.

Did Iran win the 12-day war? - UnHerd

#geopolitics #imperialism #Israel #war

The voters who watch Fox and lend unquestioning support to Israeli maximalism are old and getting older. Meanwhile, Republicans between the ages of 18 and 49 have registered the sharpest rise in “unfavorable views” toward Israel, jumping to 50% earlier this year, up from 35% in 2019, according to RealClear polling.

@Emmanuel Florac They seem to have one the first battle. The US and Israel will not stop unless Iran or some other entities force their hands. The war on Iran is just another phase of the war on multi-polarity. The hegemonic empire must crush any competition. This is the same war against Russia, China and any and all rivals.

The west, namely the US calculates that if she can disrupt the government and people of Iran, she will expose the vulnerabilities of Russia. She may be right at that, so it is imperative that the target nations move in unison to counter her offensives.

I like the idea, but how do we keep an IP going from provider to provider? IPs are even more fragile than domains and changing that fact seems near impossible.

Instead, couldn’t a trusted nonprofit (say @eff or ISRG) buy a gTLD from ICANN, become a registrar and rent out domains at (very close to) self-cost with no insane price hikes? Picture what ISRG did with @letsencrypt, but for domains.

Running costs for this would currently be a fixed fee of US$6,250 per calendar quarter and a transaction fee of US$0.25[1]. These costs could be split on all registrants.

Some would probably say that .org is the answer, but the PIR drama in 2020[2] shows how fragile this system is. We *need* a TLD that doesn’t need to be saved by the @eff from hostile takeovers.

Imagine: more registrants would mean lower prices. That’s far from how gTLDs function now. A sudden spike in interest could introduce a sudden price increase.

@mikael @eff Migration can be built at the app layer (Kitten already supports it natively for all apps created with it). Both servers would have to be online for a period of time to allow people’s address books time to update.

I do like your non-commercial TLD idea too. Would love to see that and it would be a nice complementary tool. Could easily be done as an EU-funded project if the political will was there.

(Basically, that was/is what I was hacking at the second-level domain level using the Public Suffix List until this latest Let’s Encrypt development.)

Acting in the right moment.

Heavy shelling and destruction of homes in Jabalia dailyyemen.net/2025/06/24/heav…

All the slaughters we read are part of retaliation against successful hits of #Palestinian #Resistance. But the Resistance hits soldiers not civilians and hospitals...

"Following the Israeli army’s release of an updated evacuation map that included Al-Shifa, several patients and wounded were moved out of the hospital’s wards. Surrounding areas were struck by Israeli missiles, triggering panic among displaced families, especially women and children.

Although the Israeli military had designated western Gaza City as a “safe zone,” it is now one of the most densely populated areas due to the influx of displaced residents.

Since Trump began his regional tour, Israeli attacks on #Gaza have escalated significantly. Dozens have been killed, including women, children, and at least one journalist. Strikes have also targeted two hospitals, six schools, and three shelters for displaced people—marking one of the deadliest escalations in recent weeks."

Since dawn today, Israel has escalated its attacks across the Gaza Strip, deliberately targeting civilian gatherings and residential areas, committing horrific massacres against them.

According to medical sources, at least 110 Palestinians have been slaughtered and hundreds of other Palestinians injured in Israeli attacks across the Gaza Strip within less than 24 hours.
