Finally getting some structure. After 1 year of pushups and then bying more and more equipment, adding exercises along the way

Until I had no structure. So today I just wrote down all the exercises I wanna do. Splitting them between Dedlift squats and benchpress

It was a lot easier once I wrote them all down. So today was my first training with my new schedule.

-Deadlift
-Biceps dumbbell hammer/curl
-Lats pull down and seated cable row.
-chin ups
-Ab wheel

That trick seems to be getting more and more common in German news media as well: You read "thousands" in the headline, and then sometimes in the article you read that it was tens of thousands or even a couple hundred thousand, or the article also just says "thousands" and you have you look up the actual number elsewhere.

I mean yes, technically 100k is a multiple of "thousand", but WTF? It's as close to lying as they can get away with.
