Ich frag mich gerade: müssten Sollarkollektoren auch unter solchen Bedinungen abgeschaltet werden? Wie sieht es mit Geothermal-/Hydro-/Biomasse-/Windkraftwerken aus?
AKWs müssen gekühlt werden, weil das eben die Form von Energie ist, die in Atomreaktoren erzeugt wird (um Wasser in Dampf umzuwandeln, und dann mit dem Dampf Turbinen anzutreiben). Die Anlagen für photoelektrische (Solaranlagen) und kinetische (Windturbinen) Stromerzeugung müssen normalerweise überhaupt nicht gekühlt werden, entsprechend kann es auch nicht zu wenig Kühlwasser geben.
Solar/Wind und AKWs passen einfach so gut zueinander! Leider herrscht immer Leihenexpertise, wenn es um Grundentscheidungen geht. Die Vorteile und Potential der Ersten und die Gefahr der Zweiten, beide überschätzt.
Kühlwasser ist essenziell, ist seine Temperatur, die ziemlich egal ist. Was ich meine ist: wenn uns als Menschen zu heiß ist, bedeutet für einen AKW nichts.
Wohin sollen sie das hintun? Was tust du mit der Luft, die durch den Motorkühler durchströmt? Das Wasser dient als Wärmesenke, solange es kühler als der AKWs zu kühlenden Teile ist, entzieht Wärme.
Warum müssen sie es denn wegtun? Wenn es egal wäre wie warm es ist, könnten sie es im geschlossenen Kreislauf fließen lassen. Könnte es sein, dass warmes Kühlwasser (bzw. Kühldampf, wenn es warm genug wird) nicht mehr so gut kühlt?
Es gibt wirklich extrem viel Luft im Vergleich zu Flusswasser, und Vögel fallen normalerweise auch nicht tot um wenn sie mal über ein aufgeheiztes Gebiet (in diesem Fall die hypothetische Luftkühlung eines Kraftwerks) fliegen, sondern freuen sich über den Auftrieb. Gibt ja schon Kühltürme, scheinen nicht zum Massensterben von Vögeln zu führen.

The World’s Largest Floating Dry Dock Was Towed Across the Atlantic to Bermuda in 1869 -
When Britain needed a solution for ship repairs in the Atlantic, engineers in the 1860s built the largest floating dry dock ever attempted, a 380-foot iron structure weighing over 8,000 tons.
Constructed near Woolwich on the Thames, the dock was designed to lift 10,000-ton ironclads like HMS Warrior and withstand the fouling threats of Bermuda’s warm waters.
Unable to build a conventional dry dock due to porous sandstone, the British opted for mobility and scale, creating a self-contained U-shaped platform that could sink and raise vessels from the sea with ballast compartments and powerful pumps.
In June 1869, this massive dock embarked on a nearly 4,000-nautical-mile journey to Bermuda, towed in stages by Britain’s heaviest ironclads—Agincourt, Northumberland, Warrior, and Black Prince—assisted by HMS Terrible.

Apparently, the proposed new law prohibits claiming that an image or video is not a fake when it really is. That should already be covered by laws against fraud. It's hard to see how copyright is relevant at all. I think maybe the Guardian and Hackaday both misunderstand what copyright is.
Copyright is not a prohibition against claiming that a photograph is of something it's not. It is also not a prohibition against claiming that something that is not a photograph is a photograph. It is not even presenting someone else's work as your own. That's plagiarism.
Copyright is making copies of works without the permission of the copyright holder.
If you own copyright to your face, that means that no one else can make faces identical to yours.
Copyright to a photograph of someone is owned by the photographer.
So, once again, my guess is that the Danish law either requires that you identify images that are not photographs as not photographs, or that you have to get a person's permission to photograph a person before photographing. I think the former is more likely.
In both the Guardian and Hackaday article, using the word "copyright" hopelessly muddies the issue.
