Yesterday I accidentally learned about how vitamin C can help prevent histamin intolerance reactions such as blisters and rash.
I was curious as to what exactly are in the blisters that itch so terrible. Which led me from one thing to another, apparently there are some over the counter compound that help digesting histamin without the intolerant reactions.
And then it is casually mentioned. Or U can try vitamin C since that will help the body digest histamine.

Unfortunately, citrus fruits, although low in histamine, are histamine liberators, so I can only eat them in small amounts or I get symptoms. It works pretty well though for me to combine citrus with an antihistamine fruit like blueberries or grapes.

Fortunately, most of the time, if I spend awhile listening to it very closely, trying to hear and memorize the sounds, like I would the lyrics and melody to a favorite song, my brain then tunes it out pretty well. (I’ve read it’s similar to how nose-blindness works.)
@Haleakalacrater @Lori @maxburn I hate how clearly I can hear every heartbeat. If I get scared/nervous/etc., being able to loudly hear my heart racing only increases those feelings.
And when my heart goes through phases where it’s skipping lots of beats, especially when I’m trying to go to sleep, it’s very disconcerting. (Despite docs saying my heart stuff is “normal/benign”.)
My tinnitus (and problems with my balance) started just after a tetanus shot in 2017. 😒

I can actually FEEL my thoughts influencing my blood pressure, evident in the tingling of extremities if I'm anxious. I try to distract myself. Naming prime numbers or repeating something like the lord's prayer helps to calm the menopausal "lightning" (that's what I call those weird tingly rushes).

On macOS this is mitigated by the fact that games don't need very many permissions to run, so the worst any attacker is likely to do to a Mac game is mine crypto until you reboot. But most games run on Windows or Linux, neither of which enforces restrictions like macOS does…
