#Seoul repatriates six #DPRK citizens who were stranded while fishing in South Korean territorial waters.
All six had repeatedly expressed their desire to return, Seoul's Unification Ministry said.
Two of the #DPRKoreans had been detained for four months in #SamsungRepublic
after futile attempts to persuade them to stay in the South to bolster Western propaganda.

in reply to Kuenga • • •@Kuenga white people aren't really known for cannibalism or chopping the limbs off small children. although, this is not an endorsement of colonization of africa, or salvery or anything like that, it just seemed like a distortion so i looked into it.
reasons like cannibalism are why africans at that time were believed to be non-human savages

the crazy thing is that european colonization would have been much more difficult or impossible, if native africans weren't willing to sell their own people into slavery and act as enforcers

in reply to woodland creature • • •@meowski @KuengaI think you're looking for a way to deflect blame or rationalize what Europeans did.
Colonization is rarely possible without some form of compliance, and the French themselves cooperated with Nazis. It's always the case that there's always someone willing to sell out their neighbors for an extra crust of bread. It's also always the case that a region's ethnic groups has pre-existing conflicts.
